I just want to say thank you to Joanna and Amanda at the Rolling Hills store. They were so great and understanding trying to help me figure out new credit card situation. They truly showed me exceptional customer service looks like. Thank you ladies I will definitely come back!

My daughter likes this location better than Torrance. Cloths option are better. Well organized. Easy to look around. Very nice dressing rooms. Easy check out. Parking not the greatest since it shares with Target and other stores next to it.

My daughter and her friends came in the store with me today . They were just window shopping and are very polite . A worker asked them if they were gonna buy anything or just hanging out . She said it very rudely . After they responded that they were just looking . She responded with so just hanging around ??After my daughter picked up a Simpson shirt and checked the price she realized it was out of her price range and folded it putting it back where she got it . The worker then came over and refolded it . She yelled at her for not folding it “correctly” and about how rude she was . My daughter’s friend ended up buying something so they were paying customers . I was on the other side of the store and I know they were not being rude at all. Horrible customer service I will never come back

When I came here workers were always kind and helpful.My little one looks so cute with the clothes I get from here. Prices are low and quality of clothes is good. Nice clean store with lots of choices.

While I was in the bathroom doing my business, this worker started aggresively banging on the door yelling at me to get out. She then accused me of messing around when I was literally just using the restroom. She also never apologized after I got out of the bathroom either. Dissapointed with the service, very rude employee.

Rudest customer service ever, me and my friend walked right into the store and this worker with such a bad attitude asked if we were playing hide in seek and treated us like little kids when we were just trying to shop.

Let me start off by saying firstly that the customer service here is superb. From being greeted by each employee there, to the kind woman who helped me find great fitting jeans and made me feel so good and happy with the outfit I chose and Miss Azita, the extremely kind and genuinely wonderful woman who rang me up towards the end of my joyous self care shopping session. I had such a wonderful and positive experience here, and I ALWAYS do so I'm surprised I haven't written a review sooner, but I am so glad I had the opportunity to come tonight and be reminded just how amazing this Old Navy is and why it's my FAVORITE! Aside from that, the store is always kept up nicely. The clothing spreads and displays are so aesthetically pleasing and CLEAN. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, it definitely sets the tone and standard for this store and is a good example of how other stores should pursue to look like. Definitely one of the main reasons I ALWAYS return to this location, PLUS IT'S LOCAL. Love love love! Thank you

The staff is always amazing and never hesitate to help when you need it. I've never had a bad experience there and I go there often. They work hard to keep the store super clean and welcoming so things are easy to find. Best Old Navy I've been to. The staff really make the experience though. If it weren't for their hard work the store would be in shoddy condition and not fun to shop at. Raises for everyone, I say! :)

I went to this location a few years ago to use my gap gift card and everything was okay. Recently I went back to see how much I had left. I was ridiculed by this lady at the counter who kept telling me this is for gap. I showed her the receipt that shows I purchased something from old navy with the gift card. The lady was extremely rude and definitely won't be coming back again.
