Went in to get some tests done for my daughter. Jay was absolutely AWESOME with her. so grateful he was able to give her assurance and support her through the process. Outstanding care, well maintained facility and prompt service.

Best experience I've had at a Quest location. I checked in on the iPad for my appointment and was called back within 5 minutes and was out of there 5 minutes later. And my phlebotomist was pleasant and skilled.

I waited over 90 minutes and was not served. I went to the website the day before and there was only 1 appointment left in all of the south bay. I made that appointment but when I got to Quest, they did not have me in their system. I registered as a walk in. There is no receptionist - only a self serve kiosk. Service is nonexistent at Quest. I tried to explain to the staff in the few seconds that they appeared in the waiting room but they were completely uncaring. Do not go to Quest if you have a choice. Do not go to this location.

I had been a loyal customer here for many years, until my last visit, which went badly wrong. Making an appointment is not always easy, but in the past I was able to have them do their thing as a walk-in. Sure, sometimes I waited a while, but that was okay with me. This last time, I did the idiotic check-in on the screen they provide, and my physicians had sent in the lab order, so I waited. And waited. And waited. Another lady was there who was in the same situation, so at one point one of the technicians came out and I asked him if they were going to take us, and he responded in what I can only describe as an angry, snotty tone, and told us if we didn't have an appointment, we couldn't be seen. I asked about an appointment for the next day, and he said they didn't have any available. I took it to mean just get out of here, and don't come back. I have been able to go see LabCorp, and they are now my go-to lab company. They were very nice, and I was actually able to make an appointment on line, and there were human beings there to talk to when you went in.

My visit was right on. Scheduled on line and provided insurance info, checked in w app 10 mins early and got in on time. Blood draw was painless first try. Tech was skilled and friendly. Out 10 mins later.

My mother had an unexpectedly horrible experience at the Rolling Hills location this morning. She was very disappointed with the quality of service compared to what she experienced 6 mos. ago. She had an appointment but apparently they were double booked. Walk-ins were turned away. The waiting room was packed and management only had one person working. She will be looking for a new location for lab work in the future.

Every single time I’ve taken my elderly mother in for walk in lab we know we have to wait our turn over those who have appointments but when a person who had an appointment leaves then that spot should be given to the walk-in patient. They are the worst at the rolling hills location. I think they’re lazy.

"I went to the quest on Monday, June 5th, at 11:30. The lady did a horrible job; it never felt hurt that way. It's so crazy how much it hurt--I told her it was so painful. Her face showed an attitude. I asked that lady if next time, when I come back, she can use a butterfly needle. She said no, I can't use that needle, and her face changed to an unhappy expression. As I was leaving, I could still hear her talking about me with her coworker. I can't believe that the people who work there can talk back to patients."

Don't try going here if you don't have an appointment. We had a stat order from the doctor and arrived at 11:35 am. There were zero people waiting but they refused to take us because they had to close for lunch at 11:50 (not 12:00?) so they didn't have time, even though there were no other patients in sight.

Pincha pendeja. Why do staff at this location all act like a j**** Is this the signature service?The Torrance office was so nice to fit us in and to let us use restroom after a long drive.Then when I CONFRONTED THE STAFF ASKING THEM why they don't let us know ahead of time and she replied that's outside her jurisdiction. I am only asking for a heads up because we were waiting in the waiting room with no one to help us.

It was supposed to open at 8:30. They arrived at 9:10. I had been outside in the cold since 8:20 and people were there earlier. No apology. And then they have the nerve to say if you are 10 mins late for your appointment you have to reschedule! Terrible service.

Reached 10 mins late and appointment cancelled even when confirmation gave 15 mins window. So now considered as walk in. Only employee at the location announced she will not be accepting walk ins. Other patients there also expressed frustration. Poorly managed location.

Tried to go twice for blood work and have received terrible customer service both times. They messed up my appointment so I ended up leaving. I will be finding a new place to do bloodwork as I will not be coming back here.

My doctor faxed my lab orders here. I tried calling to see if they were received but couldn't speak to a person. I went in and there was no one staffing the front desk. I could hear employees chatting in another room. I tried calling out but no one came. I knocked on the door no one answered. Finally an employee walked in the front door. I asked him to check for my orders. He said they weren't received. I called my doctor to confirm they faxed it to the right number, which they had. They even had received a confirmation. They still could not find my orders and could care less. Worst customer service ever. I will have my doctor fax the orders somewhere else.
