I bought a Ruby Tuesday’s gift card here as a gift for a relative and it turns out there are no Ruby Tuesday’s in the entire state of California. I tried to return the card or exchange it for another one but the store wouldn’t budge. They really need to be more mindful of the community when they stock the shelves.

The ladies at the exchanges/returns have a terrible attitude or just plain lazy. I was trying to return something that was damaged and i asked her if they had another one in stock. "i don't know" was her response. LADY IS THAT NOT YOUR JOB TO HELP CUSTOMERS? ISNT THAT WHAT YOUR COMPUTER IS FOR?

Very limited selection, and absolutely no workers in sight. I’ve never seen a Target where the self checkouts are completely unattended and only one cashier is open.
