This store has a lot of variety of things but the red-haired employee is rude, yelling at us that it's 5 to 9 and snapping her fingers as if we were going to steal. I understand the fact that they are about to close but 5 minutes would have given us without being rude they would have been perfect Manager get people who really want to work Customer service is not for anyone except this lady ?

The customer service and their knowledge about balloons, coupons, military discounts are always lacking. Today I asked where a product was and was told it was out if it’s not in the aisle. No one took a min to look or help and in the end I found 2 boxes of the product on the shelves at the short side of the aisle.Pretty disappointingThe prices for couponing on Saturdays somehow never check out with the app either

This store it's nice good products but this cashier female it's rude n unprofessional she saw me standing waiting to be service right. Nobody else was there but me. She turn her back on me .so I said should I said should I go w da product w/ out pay. Or are you gonna charge me. (Dear owner get ppl that actually want to work ) It's not da first time that this occurred .

Never had a bad experience here yet. The cashiers friendly, and they're always having a sale.They dont have everything locked up like Walmart...even better!

The worse experience ever I go there cause it's close to me but the worker and manager there are scary they all have a attitude problem the look like they just got out of jail very mean they are not happy to see you and seems like you are not welcome I feel bad for the owner or the corporate for hiring these girls and I go there every day they don't care about my business corporate fire your manager she will but you out of business.
