Overpriced liars they got paid before I did. Still waiting on taxes because of being redflagged due to sloppy tax preparer ashley. Who played w numbers so she could charge more. And lied because she's to lazy to call irs and find out what's going on. 2 yrs in a row and I still haven't recieved last year's refund they filed. Crooks frauds and I wouldn't give them any stars I'm being Nice w one

Let me tell you someTHING! Mrs. Monique did a phenomenal job from start to finish! Communicating with me effectively and making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect made me feel really safe in her handling my documents. This is my second year filing with Liberty Tax and like I mentioned to Mrs. Monique when everything was signed and competed: I’ll be seeing you again next year!! Excellent service!ALSO - a tremendous THANK YOU to Mrs. Jackie who took care of my documents when Mrs. Monique was out. Mrs. Jackie also kept in communication with me, explained to me the process and was always kind, patient, and honest in her approach! Excellent service!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment and was 10 mins early and the lady was at her desk eating lunch and would not stop to talk to me. I am a disable vet and need help at times. In all of my 70 years of age I have never been talked to like she did to me, even in my 20 years of military service no one has talked to me so rude as she did. She would not help me and wanted me to come back in 4 hours but I live 18 miles out side of town so no way will I do that. If you are military or a vet stay away from Liberty Tax.

This place is a hoax. Do not go here. They still have my paperwork, from April 12 and I have made appointments to pick them up and nobody ever shows. I was waiting and another man said he has been dealing with the same thing. Please be advised. They lie and cheat people. Many lies was told to me by Ashley.

This place is a fraud. They steal information from their customers. They are not timely with getting taxes done. And they operate business in a very shady way. Do not go here unless you want your information taken and stolen. Horrible establishment.

Do Not Use Them for anything especially your taxes Ashley at the Rosemont office did my taxes and robbed me this is second year I've been to simply taxes and both of them overcharged me and now that you can't get a hold of them they made errors I just finally got my tax return after 4 months and I get she got paid more than I received back your thieves now I can't get a hold of them and I will be making a report which I would normally never do but that's how bad they are do not go there you will regret it they need to be shut down

Ok, Siempre Tax is now LIBERTY TAX SERVICE.My back story: I went to Liberty Tax at this address 6 years ago, and it was a nightmare!Fast forward to today: Walked in to Liberty yesterday morning and I knew IMMEDIATELY this place had changed. I was greeted by Danielle, who offered me a soda, or fruit drink, or water, then asked me to sit down at her desk. Professional, yet personable, friendly, yet about the business. In less than 30 minutes this tax expert walked me through a seamless, thorough tax preparation. She explained everything clearly, answered every question, and conducted herself in a manner that convinced me she "knows her stuff".If you haven't had your taxes done yet, get in to Liberty Tax in Rosamond! They are there year round, for all your tax needs. Absolutely 10 Stars!

Cheryl clovis was fast!, professional!, friendly!, knowledgeable!, intelligent!, beautiful!, and she answered all of my questions with patience. I would recommend everyone who needs their taxes done to go to Liberty/Siempre Tax.
