I wish I wasn't mandatory PO Box.
I really dislike going here daily. While most people don't have to pay for their mail we have to pay over $200.00 a year for 1 small box.

I have had issues with other USPS offices but this one right here is by far the worst of them all. In a space of 2 months, 5 packages have gone missing while it says delivered. The postmaster keeps delivering my packages to the wrong mailbox. I’ve had to go ask neighbors if they found my package in their mailbox. Some I got, while others remain missing.
Every time I go to the post office to complain about my missing package, they get my information down, say they will check and call me but I don’t get a call, I don’t get anything from them.
It is really appalling to have to go through this for 5 times in 2 months. I really hope their modus operandi is revamped as I do not have faith in them delivering important packages to the right mailboxes all the time.

I've personally ne er had problems with this post office, but I also don't receive packages or checks in the mail as I've read the other reviews from community. I'm giving 4 stars based on customer service. The ladies have always been helpful n take the time to look up when my mail will arrive to destination. I have had long wait times with only working the counter. Please hire more workers it would help.

The employees I've encountered were friendly but I've had a few problems. The most recent is I submitted a hold on my mail while I left the state for almost two weeks. Not only did they not hold my mail, but they continued to deliver to by box and left packages on my porch for the entire time I was out of state. I'm lucky they weren't stolen.

You've been sending many of my correctly addressed packages and mail to return to sender. You even sent my deed back due to personal feelings for your employees not doing their jobs and making assumptions when I've showed up. I will keep reporting your activity til you get better staff and stop returning my mail to sender.

They will not deliver to my address which is 0.3 miles from the mail box they say it must be half a mile per the rule that would be 0.5 miles so it’s be 10 packages as of now the lady driving the package refused to go the last 0.2 miles these people are lazy and not understanding that I do not want to have to get up go to there post office and pick up and get my package from there location you need to do better

Everyone who works here are thieves they stole for the 3rd time some letters with checks inside and we just got notified they tried to deposit one of them. Im going to file a police report and proceed with this because this is not the first time. Our community needs to get together and do something about it. We need to stop them. They shouldn’t be working at the post office anymore.

They not consistent with their operation. Either delivers in the wrong address or for priority mail states that there was no one to sign when i have cameras a dogs to let me know when someone is on my front door. Camera shows that no one came.
