They leave tray of donuts and food on the floor to load on shelf food. I almost step on. They serve food like in their country.

HOW THEY LOST A CUSTOMER OF 26 YEARS.
I’ve been coming to to this 7/11 for 26 years and they lost my business today.
Went to buy a drink and a pack of Dutch wraps like I do everyday. Why did the new Indian Cashier try to quiz me on my ID?
Being 26 years old I get ID’d a lot so it’s no problem giving out my ID, but when some new Cashier tries to QUIZ ME ON MY ID??? What kind of disrespect is this? Your job is to check the date and scan it.
This is 7/11 not SCHOOL WHERE YOU QUIZ PEOPLE ESPECIALLY YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO ARE IN A RUSH TO GO TO WORK.
He tried to ask me my name and birthday and my address??? It’s on the ID I don’t have to say any of that stuff. I told him my name and the info he asked for and him and his boyfriend behind the counter got mad that I was rude.
So I got angry with him and checked him explaining that he’s the new kid in the store and that’s how you treat a customer of 26 years. Shoulda just scanned the ID and kept going. He tried being the 7/11 Police and instead lost a customer.
All current 7/11 customers should check out the new Indian Gas Station up the street on Del Mar. Cheaper gas then 7/11, more products and better prices. On top of all that the Cashiers at that gas station treat you with respect and dont try to step outside of their job

Horrible Location. Very run down store with people always outside begging for money or trying to wash your windows. Today I was late for work and stoped by to grab some cigarettes and chips for lunch and the cashier tried to quiz me on my drivers license because he did not believe it was me. He was clearly drunk or off some strong drugs to think I have time for his games. His job as a cashier is to look at the date and scan it. The funny part is I've been coming to this location for years despite the bad location but this dumb Indian trying to waste my time about my American ID when he doesn't even have one is crazy. Never coming back

Looks clean from the outside, but that's about it. Dirty and sticky floors and the employees handle food with their bare hands without washing their hands. I saw them do this while handling a dirty rug, touching money at the register, then immediately preparing food afterwards. So many health code violations that it's really disgusting. Icing on the cake is that one of the employees was talking on his headset the entire time while serving customers. Whoever owns/manages this location seriously needs to retrain their employees. Reporting this place to corporate.

They have been in the neighborhood for years, and they never have any issue until the last couple month my family been overcharged for a couple time by the gas station. Such bad management, and if you need gas, do not use the gas station out side they never give you a receipt. Go to another gas station for your safety.

I love coming to this 7 eleven. Lily the cashier is always so friendly and helpful. She always greets me and my family and makes us feel very welcomed.

A good place to stop by to buy your snacks or fill up your gas tank, the price is a little lower than other places and they have a good assortment of chips and drinks of all kinds.

Fatal, I just bought a pack of cigarettes and I didn't even pick them up. I paid for them and came back for them and they didn't answer me, they say it's not their responsibility. And the cameras don't work. What a deal of responsibility on their part. As long as I don't catch them, they don't care. Total theft, take care of your purchases, I don't trust this place

Beware, Indian guys have shady business practices. Small bag of chip will charge for $3.99. Will have $0.99 slurpee sign but charge you $1.59. Money isn't the problem, but the ethics of good business.

I work in this area as a driver . I always stop by. Customer service is great. Can't comprehend why they have such a bad rating. I think some of these peoples reviews are inconsiderate... they don't take in mind that ever since covid hit no one wants to work. Some of these people working here are here the whole day. Doing double shifts. Due to lack of employees. So instead of bad talking people get a job here and you provide the service you say isn't being provided to you.

the female attendant who works here is a fantastic person. She always has a smile on her face and always goes out of her way to help a customer out. She's a;eways well dressed and groomed, smells nice (some of the male associates I fear do not look like or smell like they bathe) and it's just a good place to go into because she;s there. I actually hesitate to go in if I do not see her. The store itself always has what i need, always well stocked... kudos to the owner and/or manager. The other associates should take after the female associate that works there. Some of them are very unfriendly, don't even smile at you. It's as if they are doing us the favor of being there. It's the other way around. There are a lot of convenience stores around. We are doing them a favor by giving them our business. I do not know... maybe it;s a culture thing. But it should be more of a customer service thing. kudos to the store anyway. It's better than some other 7-11's I have been to.
