Everything went smoothly from the moment I walked into the door and was greeted by Ashley until the day I picked up my car. Kurt and his team did a great job making the repairs. They kept me in the loop about progress on the repairs throughout the process. They dealt with my insurance company so I really didn't have much to do except wait for the repairs to be done. Much to my pleasant surprise, they ended up finishing a couple of days early. Having Hertz car rental onsite was very convenient. I'd definitely use Seidner's again.”

“Called in June 3rd to hopefully get my OEM Honda rear splash guards on my civic si, but didn't have the tools to do so myself. John answered and told me it was really busy that day and to call back in the next day. Called back in and John told me once again it was busy. Then on the third day, John was still busy but told me to still come in and recognized me instantly on the phone. Not many people have this type of honestly to tell you the truth and actually value your time . John would rather lose my patronage rather than lie to me and waste my time when he couldn't accommodate me. Long story short, I drove over to the shop after getting the confirmation to come in. John dropped what he was doing and quickly started on my splash guards installation, and installed the rear guards perfectly. Best of all, he even said that I didn't have to pay and tried his best to not take payment for 20 minutes of his time. You just don't find honest people like this in the car repair industry as much as you would the more money grubbing ones are in the 626. John's character , car proficiency, and honesty easily has him as one of very few body shops you definitely can feel comfortable taking your car to and expect quality and truthful work.”

“A few weeks ago I was in an accident, where someone backed into my passenger door while I was at a stop sign.Thankfully my insurance came through quickly after the party finally admitted fault.Today, I got my car back from a local auto body shop that did an amazing job restoring it to its original condition, and in the process I was able to pocket 400 dollars off the initial estimate. And, they went even further to replace my driver side latch and align my driver door after someone had rammed into it (separate incident), without any extra cost.I'm posting this to show my thanks and gratitude to the local business and Wong for being honest about the work”
