Permanently closed. Looked at Yelp and went there and it's a vacant store. Not sure when they moved out. Closest one in this neighborhood is on Garfield and Newmark.

I did not go to the CVS. My number was illegally obtain and they have no verification in place to make sure that the people that they are giving these credits to are verified. Don’t ask for the manager. He won’t give you any help either does it say we’re just the middle partner not our problem you need to call 1-800 shop Cvs no help whatsoever even though I’m telling him someone’s illegally doing this how can we handle this and was absolutely a worthless manager, and a lousy representative for Cvs but what can I say never met the person Never met the store. I live in a completely different city in Orange County. Why would I go to Rosemead

This CVS pharmacy is incompetent. I was given the wrong drug and when I questioned them on phone they denied. I have. allergy pills Loratadine 10 mg. marked P10 that someone was supposed to get. unbelievable even after i called as i didn’t recognize the shape the pharmacist insisted it was ok.

the shelves at this CVS compared to other stores are always bare in the make up department. Even the most basic tyings are too few or not there at all. when you ask them if they have it in stock, one guy just shrugged his shoulders. REALLY?!

This is the closest CVS but to be honest forget this place! The older cashier lady is pushing people to use their wack self check out system! Instead of getting behind a register and ringing customers up! Always a long line and no one is helpful around the store.

so is every CVS the same??? NOPE!! not a lot of people here and help is limited but that's a CVS staffing issue. as for the employees they do have, they are SUPER helpful and courteous!! i called for a vaccine as I was having issues making the appointment online for this location, and Maria in pharmacy was SUPER helpful, friendly, and professional! I didn't get the name of the Asian lady in pharmacy who administered the covid vaccine, but she was super nice and professional as well. but they are all great! honestly this CVS is underrated and has one of the best service for any CVS around. I'll drive over a half hour just to get better service here than the local CVS down the street from my house. thank u for the rare great cvs customer service!!!

The cashier behind the counter, Bless her older heart was trying to assist way too many people. She literally was working 2 registers. One being the self checkout. It took her 3 times as long. She kept pushing people to use the self checkout but she would have to assist them and she wasn't done 7with the customer at the counter. Finally, we gently told her to finish with her original customer before sending people to the self checkout bc the self checkout required her assistance.
