Went in to browse for BCAAs, older gentleman would not stop hovering over me. When I asked for help, he was every rude. Did not let me browse and told me he was busy and that I should leave. Unwelcoming store.

Should've read the reviews before coming here, but I didn't think any GNC would be different. Super slow Tuesday (didn't see anyone on the floor from the outside) and as I was opening the door, I saw a "No bags allowed" sign. Upon entering the store, it REEKED. I don't know if the A/C was broken but it smelled and was super stuffy. I was the only customer when an older man came out to greet me. I continued looking around the store and the man kept following and watching me! I felt his eyes on my back and mixed with the smell of the store as well as being the only customer, it was a very uncomfortable feeling. He would chime in with comments like "they're the same, just different flavors" when I clearly wanted to be left alone. I left without buying what I wanted since I was overall creeped out. I don't mind being approached by the staff but when they start to follow and watch you...that's different. He really thought I was going to steal? Go to another location. I saw a couple about to walk in after I left and I genuinely wish they were warned.

If I could give no stars, I would. I HATE this GNC. The older Hispanic guy needs to go. I had been going there for years, the staff knew me very well. The dude kicked me out as I walked in one day cuz I had a bag with things I had just bought from the dollar store next door. He said, 'no bags in here.' I rather drive further out to buy my supplements. DO NOT GO THIS STORE!!!!!!

Went back after having a couple good interactions with the previous round of staff but now its just all bad. I noticed two of the better employees are gone now including Angel who I had recently always been helped by. Seems like that was their only saving grace after such a bad track record of bad reviews. Guess I'll change locations because now I can see why they get such bad feedback. Bummer.

Great place, very knowledgeable staff. Walked in to get some protein not knowing exactly what I wanted or what options would work best for me. One of their staff members Angel, was very helpful and walked me through various options until we found the right one for me. Will definitely be returning in the future !

I went to buy Mushroom complex 100 ct supplements & it was n/a. I asked the cashier to order online & have it shipped to my address but she was unable to & could not offer an explanation. I also had a coupon for $15 off a $50 purchase. I also had my anniversary $ rewards for $5. I was under the impression that i could use both offers. & that the rewards would be applied that moment. The cashier asks the manager if both offers can be applied & she says no & then points out that the 3 items I have ready to purchase do not meet the $50 min. This was something that I was very much aware of. She said this in a rude tone. The cashier then trys to explain that the rewards will be inputted in my account & i can redeem 24 hours later. I do not understand the policy & am feeling frustrated & express this to the cashier . The manager is visible in the background & does not offer her assistance which is mindblowing, unprofessional, rude & not supporting staff or customers. it is clearly obvious there is a scene at the register & she is literally standing in the background not doing anything to intervene or support her employee, let alone a customer. This is exactly why I take my business to the Vitamin Shoppe where they have way better offers & coupons.

I've been coming here regularly for 3 years now. During the pandemic, the manager/ owner Salvador said I could not touch the items. He is & still is annoyingly intrusive. He needs extensive training in customer service. Yesterday I went to buy Mushroom complex 100 ct supplements & it was n/a. SHE JUST UNINVITEDLY OFFERED THE FACT THAT I DID NOT HAVE THE $50 MIN PURCHASE* btw, this was something that I was very much aware of. She said this in a rude tone. One of the best GNC's I been to. They were out of the product I was looking for so they helped me find an even better alternative. Some of the kindest employees i've met so far! They didn't make me feel bad for asking so many questions and even through in a few scoop of preworkout to try! Absolutely amazing thank you guys again Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Parking: This is location is located in the Rosemead Plaza shopping center. All parking is free is shared within other business here.Service: I've been personally coming to this location since 2010. Salvador the manager has always been very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to finding specific supplements pertaining to my current fitness goals. This is the location I prefer to pick up my post workout protein powder and multi-vitamins.Products: Other locations that I have visited, tend to not carry all product lines and categories. This location not only has all the top reputable brands but also has all categories ranging from vitamins, protein, performance, and weight management just to name a few. Top brands that you will find here include Ghost, Optimum Nutrition, and BSN.I recommend anyone local in the area to stop and see Salvador the manager for any questions related to supplementation and their fitness goals.

All the bad reviews are true and you should avoid this GNC! I came in for a pre workout and the young lady who worked the register was nice and showed me to what I wanted. The older man comes out from the back and asks if I needed help when he clearly saw the woman help me. I was just looking at what flavor I wanted. He stood right next to me and I felt so uncomfortable! Did he think I was trying to steal?! Very unprofessional and I will never come back. Bro has issues!

Bought some pills from GNC. When attempt to return the pills with receipt and within 30 days, they refused. The reason I bought the same pills from GNC on Amazon for 25% cheaper. Horrible service.
