“We needed to replace our dishwasher. We filled out a request on the website of L&D appliances listing our desire for a specific brand and mentioned that our space was non standard and that we wanted a white dishwasher. Within minutes, Andrew Fields, Appliance Sales Associate at L&D, responded by email. He informed us that for our non standard space what we needed was an ADA compliant machine and that our selected brand did not currently offer such a machine in white. He sent links for such a machine built by other companies. We were especially impressed that he even steered us to another retailer where we could purchase a discontinued model from our preferred brand that was ADA compliant and in white.

Wish the lighting inside was better to see quartz more realistically. I asked for a backsplash piece to look at outdoors in the sun. They let me take home the sample. I will come here again for my next project.”
“MISSION West K & B (est 2005) is an opulent one-stop-shop kitchen and bath shop. It is a family owned and operated business located in South Pasadena. They supply customers with all of their plumbing, lighting, hardware, counter top and custom cabinetry.
Their showroom emits class and elegance as evidence by the unique-creative designs of their products. I was on the market of upgrading my kitchen and bathroom and they seem to have the stuff that I might need. I have looked all over Pasadena and they are on the top of my list. Parking is abundant along Mission street. Overall, it’s a great kitchen and bathroom store.”

“Such friendly and helpful staff at both locations. Both Burbank and Pasadena were an absolute pleasure to shop at and the staff really knows their customers.
I love the fact that both locations had all employees, employees stocking, register empties to managers remember me and even surprised me by asking how the items I had bought worked out. To me, that's definitely impressive!
Both locations had a variety of items that just amazed me. Was able to pick up various items that will really transform the spaces for the new year! Excited and extremely happy with Burbank and Pasadena Home Goods and look so forward to going back to see the staff and their friendliness and help and what awesome items they bring in. Can't day enough about how nice they skyline were and just shopping through the aisles seeing all the possibilities!
Pasadena Home Goods is just amazing and live how they have other stores in the outdoor location for you to go visit but really just love staying at Home Goods! Theresa and her staff are simply wonderful and amazing at Pasadena! Olga and both Jose's were simply wonderful and amazing at Burbank too! The smiles, the laughs, their help and honesty when I asked them for their opionions at both locations about items i was thinking about really elevated my shopping experience and showed me how much they actually listen and care for you as a customer to enjoy and be happy rather than just making a sale...and that's what will have me go back! “Got our quartz here, plenty of choices and they have some designs I don't normally see anywhere like Bellingham FUSION so that's what I chose. It perfectly blends with aesthetics of our home. Everyone here is accommodating and AJ was able to hold our order as long as we needed since it took us time to decide on backsplash. They recommended VICTOR as installer and we are happy with the result, he helped us meet our labor budget and he didn't mind working even when it's raining just so he can finish on time. He even saved us delivery fee for those big slabs since he volunteered to pick them up from the store to our home. Feels at peace knowing that someone who does job for your home actually cares/listens.”

The Toto company refused, and Million Decor stood behind the product and sent me a new one. Then we sent back the defective one to Toto. AMAZING service!”

“Best experience with Cabinet Square Inc. The designer did a fabulous job in putting together a set of beautiful yet functional kitchen and laundry cabinets. Her measurement was so precise that that cabinets came out precisely fit in all the corners and space available in my kitchen. She was also very patient with me with choices of color and when we wanted to change color even after putting the order, she was very happy and helpful in doing so for us. I would highly recommend Cabinet Square. Excellent quality, price and service !”
