Consumer Beware: 2022, I bought my mom a training package with a one year contract. I was told many, many, many times that the contract will expire in Nov 2023 on its own.Come Feb 2024, I see my credit card is still being charged on a monthly basis AND my mom doesn't even use it (no one followed up, no trainer, no management). Since Feb 2024, for 2 weeks, I've been trying to cancel this and i am being transferred from one dept to another.I can't believe these fitness centers are still a nightmare to deal with. BTW, as of today, March 1, i still wasn't successful in cancelling the contract:(

I have been enrolled in other gyms and for me this has been the best. The employees are friendly and keep it clean. They also speak Spanish so if you need help with something there is always someone who can help you.

Steam room and sauna both broken for three weeks! Come on la fitness how long are you going to wait? Not staff and employees fault the company needs to do better!

The facility itself isn’t all that great or terrible, it’s a gym and the equipment is a bit dated compared to other gyms out there. This is more of a review of Sam, the sales manager. I understand that the sales guys need to get the customers business but Sam was very rude and confrontational when I didn’t want his info or input about my body. There was a moment when he made me feel very uncomfortable with the conversation about my body, at some point I asked him to stop but he insisted on continuing the conversation. I’ve been visiting multiple locations because I want to be comfortable where I work out. I don’t know if he didn’t like that I was talking to a sales rep from another location but his behavior kept me from becoming a customer. If you go you might want to avoid him. Hopefully you get a sales person that’s more interested in making sure you feel comfortable in a gym.

Steam room is great but the mens locker room floor was wet. Machines are clean and everything worked.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves while cleaning. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is huge. So many parking spots for you to choose from. Take your pick. Before or after a workout, you can stop by Target.Establishment & Staff: The gym itself is pretty clean, neat, and tidy. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and chill. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I took my son into that place, but i didnt have that have a guest pass and they charge me for no reason. Me and my son didnt even go in because guess past was like $20?! TO summarize everyting, they charge my account $20 for nothing!! Pls fix your staff memebrs too. So, so rude.

Gets the job done. I go in, workout, shower and get out with no major issues. Only problem I have is it gets annoyingly packed just right after 4ish. Hate it. And it's also stuffy as hell when the weather is hot.

This place gets very busy in the evenings. There are enough machines, but not enough for the amount of people who go there on Thursdays and the evenings. It would be great if they added more weight equipment on the 1st floor. They do have a big sauna that is not separated. I don't go inside it but there is a jacuzzi along with a pool in that whole area. I love the wet steam room. Don't take too long in the showers, people and janitors seem to get really bothered by it as if there are some shower knarks for the facility.
