Have 1999 SL500. These guys know how fix all the hydraulic pumps and electronics that make the convertible top operate, and fix it all without a fuss or great expense. Top now works like new. Henry was star at Beverly Hills Mercedes, started his own shop. Thank God.

Thur 5/23/24 my car wouldn’t turn on, no dead battery nor alternator issues. Called and spoke to Sonny and said have my car towed to the shop. Arrived in time, within 15-20 minutes Sonny let me know what happened gave me the price which wasn’t bad. It’s Fri 5/24/24 my car was ready. WHAT I’m SMH, the dealer would have had my car at least 4-5 days including weekends just to rack up labor and parts. That’s not MB Tech. They provide thorough and cost efficient ways of servicing your car. Dr. Sonny of Benz I call him. I live in Inglewood and yes, I towed my 2005 to Rosemead. I highly highly recommend drive or tow your Benz or BMW to MB Tech this shop is AMAZING. “This is a real review by a 4+years customer” of MB Tech

I have been going to MB Tech for the greater part of 3 years for my cars and I’ve been met with nothing but honesty and I will continue to go to them for my future European cars. As a constant repeat customer, they’ve worked on my non European cars as well. I’ve had major services on my BMW and Mercedes and have not had to return for repairs done with them. Overall, I’d say if you would prefer to get the job done, get it done here and save yourself the trouble of going elsewhere and having them do a bad job and pay double the price. Better to be safe than sorry. I was able to get both of my cars listed on a platform for rental services and have them get ran through and still be in good shape over 130k miles!

Starting 02/03/23 I've been going to this auto repair shop for new brakes having to bring back the car every other week due to the brakes giving out, replaced them at least 3 times in 2023 finally in December 6,2023 the man Henry states he's going to charge more for the brakes he was going to install due to him installing original parts, this whole time I thought that's what I paid for. non the less I said ok as long as my car is safe to drive that same day he calls me and tells me the brakes are done but that I need some oil so I agreed for him to change it and I picked it up a few hours after. The next day my garage was full of black oil. I called Henry and he was very rude over the phone and he told me to take it in so they can check what was wrong I started to drive to their shop and my car just turned off as I was driving it. now it won't start. I paid a tow truck $160 to take it and when I got there Henry tried to intimidate me by yelling at me and he acted as he was going to hit me. they refused to help me fix the results of them not properly doing the oil change. he said the oil has been leaking for a long time due to the engine having dirt on it. on the paperwork he provided me it states the oil service was due in 64 days.

I've been a loyal customer since 2007 with my Mercedes and have nothing to complain about their service, but today I went in to reattach my splash guard after it was loosened from a speed bump incident. I was willing to pay $20 as this happened before, but MB Tech quoted me $80! Then when I mentioned I was loyal customer, it was negotiated down to $44.25! I left and went to my former mechanic in Capital Imports in San Gabriel, and it was done courtesy (free) for me since I was a long time customer before MB Tech. I am VERY disappointed in MB Tech and will drive a little farther now to Capital Imports for my future service. Treat your loyal customers right, MB Tech. Lesson for MB Tech: Trust is hard to earn but easily taken away.

I brought my vintage 2002 E-Wagon for diagnosis. It was beginning to take multiple attempts to get it started. I thought it was due to an old battery, but after replacing it with a new one, the issue persisted. These folks diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes. They offered two possible paths to fix it. They recommended we start with the quickest and cheapest option, and pursue the most expensive path if that didn't fix the problem. I appreciated their cost conscientious approach and professionalism. They've gained a customer for life.

I took my Mercedes to MD Tech today because I read a review in Mercedes Benz Forum. Sonny and Henry are the best. They know the Mercedes cars inside and out and they have been in the business over twenty years from the Westside Mercedes dealership. Lydia at the reception is professional. Price is a fraction of the dealer. Please make sure to call to make an appointment because it can be hectic if you drive in without an appointment when they are extreme busy.

Called for a quote The lady seemed like didnt wanna help Told me she would call back 3 weeks later noone ever called I also called because i needed my car to get repaired The guy there name henry Clearly told me that my car was not important to fix for him ... And look somewhere else Also took my bmw to see why my car was loosing power He clearly didnt know what he was doing Charged me about 600 dlrs for no reason all he did is re adjust something in turbo and thats it my car was the same No change I recomend take your car somewhere else these people are very rude and dont care at all i wish there was a 0 star for this mfs
