Pearl nails has been my go to for years. Sadly this week I got disappointed by how pushy they’ve become. I went in for a mani. Work doesn’t let me have nails but since I took some days off I decided a cute little French tip mani. The one in table one was so pushy I get gel and I kept saying no, she said if I came back it will only be 5$ to remove them I said okay then. She even did a design I didn’t want but bc it was “free” I said ok whatever. The nails looked so bad and started chipping next day. Well my vacation is over Kim informed me it was only 5$ only if I got a mani. The other girl did not tell me that. I’m so disappointed on that. Like yeah they make extra money but also push people away. That’s not cool or fair.

I’m actually disappointed in Pearl nails because I would come here all the time but this last time I went I asked for Gel pedicure and regular paint manicure. They tried to get to get gel manicure but I knew i was going to change the color in a week so why would I spend more this service if I was going to come back. I had picked a color but was indecisive and took a little while and then had asked to look at the colors one more time and change the one I picked,the lady who was doing my manicure seemed like it bother her but I apologized and thanked her before she got started. She went to get the new nail color and looked at me and asked me to pay. I was taken back because I never get asked to pay before service. And then two new customers come in and get seated but no one asks them to pay before their service. I was bothered and did not even enjoy my service when the point to go to a nail salon is to relax. I feel discriminated and feel like I was treated unfairly. I thanked them and even tipped the ladies who did my mani and pedi but I’m never going back to Pearl nails again.

I do Not recommend this please stay away, there's an Asian lady with Long hair & tattooed makeup, that rushes you. My wife received very bad service from this please. Stay away go elsewhere.

Terrible place my sister was robbed of money it was a scam because according to the paintings of the fingers and feet they have apart the money don't go they also treat you badly and think too much.👎🤦🏻♂️

Im very unsatisfied of the service,sanitation and wait time. I was a regular customer until I had seen unsanitary actions on certain techs. I had an appointment scheduled at a certain time and I had to wait for over 40 min but yet other walk ins came in were sat before me. During those minutes of waiting I understand that they get very busy but they dont sanitize there instruments nor clean the chairs in between patients. As I was waiting I heard someone got cut and then they just treated it as if it were nothing all of those blood pathogens get transmitted on instruments and surfaces. Once tech finished she went to do a manicure and used the same instruments what a disgust! I immediately walked out after witnessing this. I will never come here again!!

I wasn't going to write a review but after seeing other people have encountered what I have encountered I do want to warn other. They DO NOT SANATIZE the chairs or instruments when doing services I came here twice and left with nail fungus! I am so devastated as I have an event coming up and my nail had fallen from the fungus. Stay away because they are not clean at all! They also messed up my eyebrows after I grew them out to be thick I got chola eyebrows again

NAIL PAIN AND INFECTION BY NAIL TECH NGA NGUYEN. I went to Pearl Nails on Monday 6/10/24 to get a mani-pedi with no polish. Nga cut my nails very short and cut my skin on my thumbs and ring finger. Additionally, she cut too deep on both my big toes and my 4th toe on my left foot. Immediately after she cut my nails, she came up to me, as I was waiting for my friend to finish her nails, and she sprayed hydrogen peroxide on my right big toe and proceeded to put on an oil (NATURE NANO OIL) which I learned is used for relief of minor aches and pain. It should not be used on skin with cuts! I had told her no to the oil, but she proceeded to apply it on my toe. The pain on these areas persists even after 3 days (throbbing pain on the night after the service). I debated to write this review but seeing that the pain did not go away, I want to warn other patrons. The service cost me $50 and now a trip to the doctor's.

I'm always a walk-in and they quickly accommodate me. I only require a pedicure because I'm too old to bend and twist my body. The ladies are pleasant, does very good work on pedicure, feet and leg massages. Price is very reasonable.

I really like their work, but their prices are ridiculous. A basic pedicure is 30 + 5 dollars to take off gel and +10 to get gel. So, essentially it’s a 15.00 charge for gel. So 45, plus tip for a simple pedicure. Last time I’ll be coming here.

5/5 for Katie's gel x work, 4/5 for my pedicures because it's always a hit or miss! I love the convenience of being able to text their number to make an appointment-- they always have availability to fit me in even when I text them the day before, but I will say on a busier day you can tell that they seem to rush their work. I've had Katie a few times now and she is now my go-to for gel x manicures. She takes her time to make sure all my nails are even and has great attention to detail, definitely recommend her!

Joanne was awesome! My pedicure was perfect! I'm going back to her again and again. The prices went up slightly but not too much. But it doesn't matter. What I paid was well worth it. They no longer accept tip payment included on your credit card transaction. So be sure to take your tip in cash.

I'm new to the area, needed a new set desperately. Was a walk in & they attended me right away, I showed zen a photo of what I wanted (asked if she can please leave them thin when applying acrylic) she did exactly that. I Loved them, will be returning.
