The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The hotel overall is extremely rundown and dirty looking with stains on the carpet, marks on the walls, and smears on the furniture. There was a moldy smell throughout the hotel. The breakfast was minimal offering cereal, a waffle machine, and some prepackaged egg omelet looking thing with the consistency of rubber. The staff was friendly. There is a Starbucks across the street and Target is about a 15 minute walk way.

Honestly, this place is filthy. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because the AC worked well! But the cleanliness of the interior from lobby up to the 3rd floor is like a murder scene of stains walls carpet! I guess you can't complain just book and pay for better hotels!

This place is avtually literally the wrkst experiences I've ever had. I called in advance to book a room but decided id just wait til I got there, the guy at the counter charged me more for a room than what the girl over the phone initially told me what the price was so I had no choice but to pay am extra $20. Then gives me a room on the street. Mind you I have had a long day and wanted some peace & quiet. I asked if there was another room available he says no. The one thing I was also wanting to experience here was the food. Only to go downstairs and see a sign that say NEW breakfats hours til 9am! I'm like are you joking me!? Unbelievable. I'm truly upset with this staybgere & I'll never come back or recommend this motel to friends or family. So disappointing.

Staying here in room 208 just to be a Lil closer to my patient I request an early check in. with my points young man gave me 208 I was having a hard time putting the TV on it said cable wasn't hooked up called front desk and they sent up a male housekeeper He got the TV on I watched a Lil bit then turned it off .upon tryn to turn TV back on ...It did the same thing I just didn't bother with it .. I finally fell asleep around 8pm after tryn to nap.. for the evening around 11pm I started hearing someone above me walking back and forth the floor was squeaky ..laid there hearing this person walking back and forth above me.. by 1 am I finally went back to sleep had to be up early the next morning for work ..this place is ok I just smelled pine sole when I got off the elevators ..they need to rip the carpet out ..that's where all the smells stay ...Beds are comfy and clean ...

Horrible place to stay, the best part was the people behind the desk. No pool in California??? The breakfast was trash no meat just weird eggs for breakfast waffles and bread. The woman working the kitchen was rude I had to stop her from talking to my kids rude. My pullout mattress was missing and when I asked for one they brought my extra blankets and pillows for it instead of getting one of out an unoccupied room. Don't stay here if you got family or come from out of town. This is just a place to tie you over until the next day.

Hotel could use remodel, mostly carpets & paint. But room & bathroom were clean, it was quiet upstairs in back & reasonably priced.

TV's do not work properly. Had one room, TV did not work, was given another room, limited to one channel. It was too late in the night for me to care at this point.
Pros: beds were comfortable and clean.
Upon entering the room, it had a very odd odor. The walls and bathroom door was very dirty, carpets grungy. Behind night stand had garbage and crumbs from.other guests. It's apparent this hotel does not have a housekeeping supervisor who checks housekeepers work. I felt uneasy sleeping here because of its grungy environment. Grout in bathroom is filthy. Front desk staff was great. Walls very thin, can hear other guests in their room. Breakfast was very poor, breakfast tenant wanted my husband to use another person's cup for waffle batter. I personally will never stay here again and not recommend staying here. Management needs to get their head out of their a$$ and quit being so cheap. Manage the property properly or find another job. Housekeeping, do your job right or find another job. Property is gross.

Im not really sure what makes this hotel 3 stars its just your regular 2 star quality in hotel. Needs a renovation asap

Great stay. Thank you. I think I left my blood pressure medication in the room. I'm calling the hotel to ask if they found them. I will update.
Update: Well, they were not helpful at all in helping me find my heart medication. Just making excuses that the manager wasn't there, the manager was never there. And to call back, I called all week with no results or help not even a curesy call from anyone. They didn't want to bother. I guess they have your money so who cares about your health. Wow.

Awesome service from staff, decent little breakfast, third floor health and fitness room, coffee maker in the room was dirty, but overall not a bad spot to stay. I would return, with my own coffee... 😂

Rooms are very outdated and worn. Front lobby carpet is lifted. This place definitely needs a lot of improvements and the area isn’t the best.
