Nice and big park with two baseball field, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and two playgrounds. Best yet, it has a bathroom.

The place is well lit at night. There is one problem though many people are walking with their dogs and from time to time they do not pick up their dog poop. It would be a great idea to have a small area designated for dogs and enforce no dogs on the walk path.
