Terrible customer service. The lady with the bad lip filler should learn more compassion. So I lost my phone, when I tried to log in online, it wouldn't let me because I had to verify with a code being sent to my phone, which how am I going to do when the phone is loss. So it said to go in person . I go in person, I explain I lost my phone with my pop socket with my IDs. The lady was like there's nothing I can do for you. Because I didn't have my ID , which I had already explained was loss too. She didn't give me any other options, just sent me away with a there's nothing I can do for you.

Absolutely the most unhelpful staff on the planet! Snippy indeed! Rude, Dismissive, Abrupt, Curt, Condescending! Was hoping for help with a frozen / unresponsive iPhone 13 touch- screen ( phone originally purchased here ) - Without even looking at the phone or asking relevant diagnostic questions, I was abruptly told to take the phone to the Apple Store or Best Buy for repairs. After scheduling an appointment with Best Buy, a member of the Best Buy Geek Squad resolved the problem in all of 3 seconds! All that was needed was a simple “Resetting The Phone.” …. And not one of the T—Mobile Associates considered that??? something that should be so simple and elementary to someone in the “tech biz”-And to be rude and snippy as well!?!Shame On You T-Mobile Rosemead -Shame On You!!For sure I’ll now continue doing business with “Best Buy” as your associate / Manager suggested!!

It was am amazing experience at this t mobile store. I went here to receive a home internet set up. When I entered the store the staff all greeted me as I entered. Wendy the store MANAGER assisted me. (I think she was the manager... If not she should be. Cause she is one amazing person). she was so polite and well trained at her position that I could not ask a question because she had the answers before needing to ask. I was amazed how smooth and easy the process was. Thank you again Wendy for this amazing experience!!!

I had a problem with my phone. It would not make calls nor messages unless it was on WIFI. I went to this store an Emilin ( I believe that is her name) she helped me an spent almost two hours trying to fix my phone. At the end, I decided to upgrade to a new phone abs left happy. I for sure will be coming to this store for anything I need cellphone related.
