Pretty standard Target. Stopped by quickly to buy a new battery for my car key and they had plenty of them in stock. Came on a week night and it was kinda busy.

Decent. However the guy with the white hair who was working around 1 was horrible. He didn't bother looking for an item I was looking for even though I asked. He just made up some excuse about how since the machine said there were some outside even when there isn't, that means they were stolen. He always had a horrible attitude even in the past when I went there. I would've given this one star except for the fact that there was a lady named Kaylee who was really helpful and actually put good effort into her job. Never go to the electronics department to checkout, and if you do, avoid the guy with greyish whitish hair.

How sad that Target cares more about the almighty dollar than their employees Associates outside in the pouring rain getting soaked, to deliver what ... a TV. If you're going to have your associates outside at least outfit them correctly How about caring just a bit more for your employees If someone really needs to go to Target in those conditions Then they can definitely walk in , carry the stuff to their cars and get wet Or better yet , have managers out there providing excellent customer service

I bought two gifts card as gifts for my family on December. One of my family members informed me that when he checked the balance for the visa gift card , it shows a low balance and that it was used previously. I called today and spoke to a lady in guest service and explained to her the situation and she was no help and told me there was nothing they can do and I have to call the card information to see if they could probably send me a new one. If I bought the card at target , you would think they would take some type of accountability for selling gift cards that are scammed or whatever is going on in their business. I even told her if I could go in person with my receipt and the gift card but that was not an option . It was embarrassing to have to go through that around the holidays . And now I have to go out of my way to reach out to the information on the gift card and try to see if they could do something about this situation . Please be careful when buying cards here , they won't even bothered to owned up to their mistakes and try to help for whatever scam they are going through.

Been coming to this Target for years. 1st time I ever had to deal with a moron employee. Cashier Osvaldo - you need to learn to basic customer service skills. I heard your comment. I didn't feel the need to respond to your stupidity. You are the reason self check out was invented - so that customers don't have to deal with attitude.

This Target is the worst. This is my second time and my last time shopping at any Target. The last time was when the employees were busy talking among themselves and did not try to help me look for the baby products. This time was even worst. My wife went to Target to buy various items and one of the item was a kids jacket. She went through a self check out and paid with a Target gift card. She did not think about getting the receipt since she was not planning on returning anything. She left the jacket outside her car and forgot about it. A few days later when opening her car truck, she realized that she forgot the jacket and took it inside to give to my daughter, but the problem was that she forgot to ask a clerk at Target to remove the sensor tag from the clothing. This is when Target loads me as a customer. I went back to Target and expect them to help me removed the tag. Before I came into the store, I ran into an employee letting her know that my wife bought this and I just need the tags to be removed. She told me it's no problem and just go to guess service. I went there and Astrid was the one that help me. She ask me if I have the receipt and I explain to her what happened, her answer was if you don't have the receipt, there is nothing she can do. At this time, I was already agitated, so I told her that I would call corporate office if I have too to have the tag removed. She told me her exact word was you can do what you want but I cannot get the tag out for you. I ask to speak to the manager and she told me the manager was at the self check out. I approached the supervisor and she said that she will check for the receipt for me and if she cannot find it, there is nothing she can do. As she was looking for the receipt, I called Target customer service and spoke with Saab. He was very nice and try to help me. He said he was going to print out the receipt and I can have one of the employee take off the tag, as he was saying this, Elizabeth(a clerk) came and said she found the receipt that my wife purchase and apologized for my inconvenience. I told her for $28 and I had to go through all this. Elizabeth was super nice and did removed the tag. When I left, I saw an Asian kid with no name badge working outside at the customer pick up areas and I asked him what is the manager's name. He told me he does not know. I look at him and said you work here and you don't know your manager name. He mutter something to himself as I walked away. To the Manager at this Target, you need to get someone who is professional and courteous working at what you called guess department(lol). Having someone so rude and don't care about your target brand working at a department where they have to take care of customer is not a smart choice.

This is one of the latest closing targets I've ever been to and I'm so thankful for the extended hours. The store itself is moderately clean and pretty organized. There's ample parking and the staff are fairly helpful if you ask for anything! They also have a good collection of stuff since the store itself is pretty big.

This is a 0 stars experience! I just left lane #14 and I was next in line , when a lady cut i lm front of me and did not tell me to wait or acknowledge me or inform me that she needed to help the customer previously waiting. No communication what so ever! So rude! I did 2 transaction and the second transaction, she just stood there and did not inform me that the payment did not go through. She should have said something! They need to hire better people and communicate better.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some stuff from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since they share the lot with several other establishments. So many parking spots for you to choose from. Store: The store itself is massive. It is also very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. Most aisles are wide enough for both carts to pass through. Staff: The staff here are very helpful and informative. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

If you don't want to deal with guys like "QUINTEN" go elsewhere! We were followed and harassed by this creepy employee! Thought it was funny to harass customers instead of simply doing his job. We live in a world where shopping for wine and snacks becomes personal from someone's son who was raised with no respect or morals! Disgusting.

I love this Target. They usually have what I'm looking for without the long lines. They've been doing a great job keeping the lines down and some employees greet me and I really appreciate that.

Horrible place to call you're left on the phone for over 15min waiting to talk to someone in "guest" services and no one pics up. Also MOD Oscar is a horrible "supervisor " I wouldn't let him supervise my pets. I what kinda place are they running there!? If I could leave 0 stars I would !

Located at the Rosemead Place shopping center where you can grab some food after you shop at Target. Items are on the pricier end compared to other places. Shelves are a little empty but probably due to after the Christmas weekend.I saw some plates for $0.50 that were microwaveable so good deal!

Rating still hasn't changed. Wish I could still give 0 stars. This location sure loves to take advantage of the 2 hour mark even more, for pick up orders.Other locations are ready within minutes. Sucks to have a crappy target near home and others be far of a drive.
