This UPS store wasn’t my favorite before, but the new staff have completely changed my mind.
The older gentleman working here is always welcoming, patient, and willing to help. Now, it’s one of my favorite UPS locations.

I called this UPS Store today at 2:31 PM to confirm if a notary would be available. I was told the notary would be there till 3:30pm. I arrived at 2:46 PM, only to be told the notary had left, even though I could see the notary inside. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. I had confirmed the time to avoid any issues, but still received poor service. Very disappointing experience.

Why UPS can be 5 times more expensive than USPSI wanted to mail out a check for express they charges $50And regular mail is $20 And no stamp for sale because stamp is too cheap they couldn't ask for high price
