Came mid-afternoon today (Tuesday), not busy at all. The gentleman working there was super nice—we used a priority mail box to mail something very light and he went out of his way to help us find a different box that would cost less.

The customer service windows lady representative here is extremely rude and provides very poor service. She responds in a way that makes it seem like she is annoyed or bothered. I will never go there again.

I've always had problems with this post office being super slow and over crowded under staffed but Jameel'a was very nice today very talkative and down to earth, made my visit really smooth
