Came mid-afternoon today (Tuesday), not busy at all. The gentleman working there was super nice—we used a priority mail box to mail something very light and he went out of his way to help us find a different box that would cost less.

there needs to be an official complaint lodged against this facility. listen. i ain’t here to
make anyone’s life miserable. especially a person who’s working at a public facility and probably just waiting to retire. but their “rules” i’m pretty sure aren’t legal. she states she can ONLY scan in up to “3 packages if they don’t have the 91770 zip code.” ummm mmmk yea. i live less than a away, but i am currently 91801, though i work in 91770. anyway, i believe the previous posts here. i’m not sure if they are intentionally tampering with mail, but apparently a clown named Marco is the one who is making these rules about not accepting mail with a 91770 zip code. i am currently disabled and have to pay for rides to drop off mail. scheduling rides to a post office that isn’t closest shouldn’t be another obstacle i have to maneuver around. if you need to hire more postal employees, then reach out on a city level to do so. but do your job, that’s why you’re being paid with tax payer dollars.

This is the worst USPS I have ever been too. Went in to drop 3 packages and was told that I got to go to USPS near my own home address. The lady was rude as hell, she finally took the packages when I was like iv been doing this everyday and if I were to just drop it off in a box, they can't reject it anyway. This place shouldn't be around if they are not willing to accept their own usps packages. Will never come back here again

The customer service windows lady representative here is extremely rude and provides very poor service. She responds in a way that makes it seem like she is annoyed or bothered. I will never go there again.

I've always had problems with this post office being super slow and over crowded under staffed but Jameel'a was very nice today very talkative and down to earth, made my visit really smooth

Don't bother coming to this post office. The Asian female clerk has an attitude, I don't know why she has such a bitchy attitude when it's barely 1 in the afternoon. Their office is so unorganized and dirty. They don't even have the sign with what is allowed to be shipped visible.

I went there on Dec 05 to ship out the prepaid package with a tracking number. The clerk asked me to put it in the basket on the counter top, so I left it inside the basket as she said. As of Dec.18, my package cannot be tracked with a tracking number. How could it be possible that the tracking number is not showing on their system after 13 days from the date I dropped off the package? I went to the post office this morning to ask them about the package. The clerk told me that it could take up to 4 weeks to show up on their system because it was a ground shipping. Is that real? Do not trust what the clerk says. You must get a receipt for whatever you are shipping out from this post office. I'm very disappointed about their service and the way they handle the customer's package. They don't even deserve one start. I strongly do not recommend this post office to anyone.

I notice often only the angry people write reviews. I have a PO Box here so I am here every week for the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience. Shoutout to Karen and Jimilla for always providing great service. Folks, I hope that if this is your neighborhood post office and you had a great experience, that you write a review to support. There are good, honest people at this usps branch.

I typically don’t write reviews, but today’s encountered at the post office compelled me to share my terrible experience. While dropping off my orders I was shocked by the rude and insulting behavior Maria (the pst office clerk) is. Her lack of care and professionalism not only reflect poorly on the Postal Service, but also on her as a person. I cannot believe they decided to hire someone so hateful and unprofessional.

Worst service ever experienced, 1/16/2024 afternoon around 4:00-4:45. This old guy named “Wardell” provides the worst service that you could ever experienced in a government and public facility. He told us that’s all he could do at his ability, and decide to end our visit with check you email and leave without clarifying whether we are all set or paper is done.

The customer service here usually is decent except for this Asian lady who just doesn't really care about her job. She just rushed through the process. And when she messed up, she just lied through her teeth about it. An employee like this needs to be canned.

I usually don't write reviews sometimes it's not worth your time but I felt I had to share usually my son uses this office for drop offs it seems like he never has issues with it but today was my turn to go in there and mail out oh boy the employees need to be retrain or they need to find a different job they are rude and unprofessional they don't want your business there ho somewhere else and save your energy

I cannot even explain how upset I am. I cannot believe how rude and vengeful whoever the worker was to ruin every SINGLE one of my wedding invitations. Are you kidding me you had to put a sticker on every single one of my envelopes to ruin them and mark off my postage stamps to RUIN them and for me to not be able to use them?! All because I was short on postage?! And you still sent them all back to me In a bag with the same note on the bag saying I was missing postage. Why didn't you just do that. Instead of putting a sticker. On every. Single. One. Of. The. Envelopes.The worker didn't even bother to check when we dropped them off.So now I have ruined invitations and have to hope the stamps on them are still going to work because of the MARKS ON THEM.It was the worker with a beard glasses and a braid. I see other terrible reviews of him soYeah maybe do something
