I typically don’t write reviews, but today’s encountered at the post office compelled me to share my terrible experience. While dropping off my orders I was shocked by the rude and insulting behavior Maria (the pst office clerk) is. Her lack of care and professionalism not only reflect poorly on the Postal Service, but also on her as a person. I cannot believe they decided to hire someone so hateful and unprofessional.

Worst service ever experienced, 1/16/2024 afternoon around 4:00-4:45. This old guy named “Wardell” provides the worst service that you could ever experienced in a government and public facility. He told us that’s all he could do at his ability, and decide to end our visit with check you email and leave without clarifying whether we are all set or paper is done.

The customer service here usually is decent except for this Asian lady who just doesn't really care about her job. She just rushed through the process. And when she messed up, she just lied through her teeth about it. An employee like this needs to be canned.

I usually don't write reviews sometimes it's not worth your time but I felt I had to share usually my son uses this office for drop offs it seems like he never has issues with it but today was my turn to go in there and mail out oh boy the employees need to be retrain or they need to find a different job they are rude and unprofessional they don't want your business there ho somewhere else and save your energy

I cannot even explain how upset I am. I cannot believe how rude and vengeful whoever the worker was to ruin every SINGLE one of my wedding invitations. Are you kidding me you had to put a sticker on every single one of my envelopes to ruin them and mark off my postage stamps to RUIN them and for me to not be able to use them?! All because I was short on postage?! And you still sent them all back to me In a bag with the same note on the bag saying I was missing postage. Why didn't you just do that. Instead of putting a sticker. On every. Single. One. Of. The. Envelopes.The worker didn't even bother to check when we dropped them off.So now I have ruined invitations and have to hope the stamps on them are still going to work because of the MARKS ON THEM.It was the worker with a beard glasses and a braid. I see other terrible reviews of him soYeah maybe do something

Not really pleased as they keep telling to stay outside. Maybe it's just the office extending the policy for safety?? Also, there was only one person attending to the customer, so the wait was long.

This place has a horrible employee by the name of Warren, this guy is rude !!..A big GIGANTIC J*** !!!.I told Warren what a J*** he is , he laughed . That is the kindest word I can use to describe this horrible postal employee. Hey USPS stop being desperate and allowing idiots like Warren work for the postal service.Negative feedback having a bad employee. And that dirty beard with beads in it is GROSS..I always try not to puke when I see it!!

I put prepurchased labeled packages into the mail box outside and it never got delivered and is lost and now I have to remail. This post office cost me $50 in sales.

My daughter came in trying to ask information on how it's best to mail items to me. A male employee, the only one "open for customers" at around 4:30 PM on July 7,2022 was very rude my daughter came out of the post office crying! Can someone please check in this employee???

I went to the post office on March 1 to send an international letter, I met a staff member (I can't remember his name), I asked about the procedure to send an international letter. He said just put a global stamp on it and then without any documents he received my letter (this is my first time sending so I don't know the procedure)and until now my letter has been lost, and i have asked other staff members and they have not been able to help. I have had customer service phone contact, and also no answer. I just hope it will return my address (the sender's name), which I don't know what to do now?

Bad service at this location, refuse to scan pre printed labels, told to read sign as their policy is to leave at counter. Was told that items left at counter won't be scanned. Paying for a service but no service rendered .

Came in today and the lady was very helpful. She had great customer service and helped me with my package. Don't know her name but I was in there around 1:30pm and she helped me with all of my needs.
