Absolutely terrible experience. Was quoted 15 minutes for prescription, ended up waiting an hour. Pharmacist on duty, Diane Tran was extremely rude. Told me aggressively to wait, and that filling prescriptions wasn't "like making pizza".I'm generally understanding and know people can have bad days or be overworked, and I don't expect every interaction to be sparkles and sunshine, but there is zero need to be downright rude and condescending. A simple, neutral conversation would've been fine.I've been made to literally wait 4x what I was originally told, and was still trying to be as polite as possible up until that point. Mind you, this is with very little to no other people looking to get prescriptions filled at this time. If this is how someone who is trying to be polite, patient, and has been waiting for far longer than they should have is treated, I'd hate to see how others fare.Would give zero stars if possible. Unironically go to CVS, Target, or Walgreens. Much faster and much better service. Dodge the hell out of this place. Not worth your time folks.

Wanted to recognize and commend the amazing pharmacist, Josephine. She called the other day to let me know my prescriptions were ready. Picked up this morning. She remembered her call to me and was concerned I didn't callback. I did, but spoke with another kind pharmacy employee. Dr Josephine was very thorough, so pleasant and kind. I thanked her, but sometimes you want to share a great experience with others. Thank you Yelp for the ability to do this. Walmart, your prices may be dropping, but your customer service is skyrocketing!!! Thank you Dr Josephine!!!

This review is strictly based on this location during the Covid -19 crisis. My aunt is an employee here and she just let me know that they will not provide gloves or masks for their employees during this time. As an "essential" employee, these people should have priority (of course underneath health care workers) as they come in contact with hundreds of people DAILY. She said they are free to provide their own I fab they wish but WHEREEEE are they supposed to find any?! And I know darn well that if they ordered them in inventory, they would receive them even if it wasn't as quick as they would normally. But they aren't even trying. That's definitely not helping to #flattenthecurve when this establishment must remain open but they aren't protecting their employees to even their best abilities.

Worst pharmacy ever. Had so many problems with this particular location "Rosemead" filling a simple script but because they are lazy and unorganized, they never got it filled. And each technician plus the pharmacist had different answers for me each time I spoke to them (over the phone and in person). All they can say is that they faxed the refill request but never received anything back from the doctor's office but when I contacted the doctor's office several times, they said they never received anything, then approved it and it never got filled. And I never had a problem prior to using other pharmacies. Patients should never have to go through this just to get refills or any medication for that matter. I am now sick because I've been going through this trouble even though I requested my refill a week ahead of time I don't even want to give them 1 star

There are a lot of men that does not like me at Walmart. I guess they really mad at their own lives . Honestly, what kind of man are you to make side comments but do not have the balls to speak up. I apologize if those weak men at Walmart ruined their lives and live pay check to pay check . Go to PCC or Elac . Learn a trade . Join the military. Get a job with benefits. That's why girls don't want you. Girls like me cause I have money, benefits, and great credit. If your 30 and you still work there , everyone laughs at you, not just me . I am not talking about the pharmacy, the cooks or managers or old women . Don't get mad cause you wasted your life with no hope for your own future . Don't blame the white man.

came on April 3rd to fill a prescription. The first thing the pharmacist says to me "why did you wait so long?" I wasn't sure what she meant by that so I said "the script was written for March 26th which was 7 days ago." The tone of her voice was very accusative and derogatory. Next she says the medication is "out of stock" and they had 4 orders of it and it would be in in 6 weeks. I said that's fine I'll wait 6 weeks for it. Next I get a call back from the pharmacy 10 minutes later and the pharmacist starts asking me why I decided to fill it in Rosemead, California. I replied that I've never been interrogated on where I've filled a prescription before as this was an invasion of privacy. Then later I received another call back from her that she won't fill the prescription because she felt uncomfortable filling it. This woman needs her license revoked because I need this medication for everyday functioning. A waste of my time and a potential lawsuit waiting to happen. Josephine Vo I also reported to the DCA and State licensing board. Pharmacists are a dime a dozen, fire her.

If I could give zero stars then it would be that. Customer service is horrible. The employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Some just have conversations with others when the line is so long it's near aisle nine from both money services and returns. For a quick paced environment, they work as if it's a hotel. However, even a hotel goes faster! They need big improvements.

By far one of the cleanest Walmart I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at. I truly do enjoy this particular Walmart more than others because the staff were always extremely nice, I've always been able to find what I need, and the customer service never gives me hassle about returning items.

I'm not to crazy for this particular location because it is always a mess. I use to go for my kids clothes, but then I use to just get frustrated because everything was unorganized and messy. I started doing my shopping online, but it's just not the same, especially when you want to buy things that you really need to see in person before purchasing it. The restrooms are disgustingly gross, and uncalled for. I seen s*** in a urinal??? C'mon now?!?!?! I only come into the store when I really need to go inside and buy certain items, other than that, I stick to their online shopping. #SG #StreetGold

Update - the medication I had exchanged for fear of NDMA contamination was recalled last week. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the Walmart pharmacy person who didn't understand how recalls work and who gave me wrong information regarding drug distributors and manufacturers for local pharmacies. Whether he truly doesn't know much or intentionally gave me wrong information - not bright versus dishonest - either way deserves a 1 star for his service. If it weren't for the understanding of the manager, I would have been taking NDMA-contaminated meds for the past few months. Unfortunately, the horrible service from that one particular male employee ruined it for the rest of the good staff.
