I wish there was a lower rating I could give Walmart Online. The laptop that was sent to me was defective and should have been tested at the factory before sending it out for sale. The return process was a nightmare! I had to call for weeks and deal with rude and incompetent customer service workers, including managers, and file a dispute with my credit card company, before I was finally refunded. Not even an apology! I feel cheated and had to waste a great deal of time to finally get the refund. I will never do business with Walmart again!

Every time I come here I don't even know what am paying the prize tags are all over the place and u tell the manager Eric or the girl and they get mad they don't own up to there prize it's not like am out here looking for a come up but am thinking am paying a prize and then it's more then double the tag had said They restock people are all bad

I bought two cases of bottled water and the female employee standing by the self check out directed me to another self check out since the one I was heading to did not have a hand held scanner very nice of her that's excellent customer service

Slow customer service line. One person working. Multiple Other employees working in different areas like check out. Could have better management strategy for this by having at least 2 customer service employees. Line has 10+ people waiting.

Clean. There online prices differ from in store prices. Cashier corrected the price. Bought two nice tank tops less then $4.00 a piece.If you place an order for delivery, expect missing items, or items replaced with something you don't want. This happens to me often. Example: I ordered a cantaloupe and got 6 yellow squash instead. The store wouldn't give me a refund. Currently (10/22/2023) my order (shipped using FedEx) is in Arcadia damaged. Unable to be delivered . I'm unable to talk to someone in the store because no one answers the phone. At this point I'm seriously considering cancelling my membership and find a way to go in person. It will be difficult due to the fact I use a walker and can't navigate both walker and shopping cart at the same time.December 2023 For several months I've delt with one or two items missing from online delivery. This time half my order was missing. The driver who's also the shopper didn't speak English. I called customer service, I did get a refund. I cancelled my Walmart+. They did offer me three months free Walmart+ but it's not worth the hassle. Now I shop directly at the store.
