My daughters and I were in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area for lunch with my dear friends. After lunch, we did our food run for the week, but I didn't have much cash on me. We found this Wells Fargo on Walnut Grove just a few minutes from the food court where we were heading. And it's in the same shopping center as Walmart. Funny, I have been a SGVer for the last 4+ decades and I have never shopped at Walmart out in SGV... maybe because I am normally out here to eat and shop for Asian stuff LOL. Anyway, this Wells Fargo has two ATMs for use. It doesn't look like a big bank from the outside, but looks can be deceiving. It was a very quick ATM visit indeed. Looks pretty clean outside. However, what caught my eyes were the two trash bins nearby adjacent to the bank. Not sure if the trash bins belong to the bank... I doubt it, but they were nicely covered so they don't appear to be trash bins. I'll be back to use this bank when on the south side of SGV. Yes, there is also a Wells Fargo on the north side that I use LOL. Gotta cover all compass of banks.

I was here 15 min late for my 900 appt. They were with other customers. There was no one to check in with. I waited 15 min to get checked in. Then 15 min to talk to a banker. It was 945 and they told me they would see the 1000 appt first. What kind of service is that? At 1030 he was polite and professional enough to reschedule me for another day instead of wasting my whole day and not getting any service. They outsource their call center who doesn't know English and does the process incorrectly. I did not get an email or text to confirm my appointment. At Bank of America, the banker calls you to verify your appointment or if you or if late for your appointment. You talk to an actual person in the USA who works at the bank. I am regretting to use Wells Fargo already. My appointment was for the next day. I got to the bank and there was a sign it was temporary closed and the doors were locked. That is so unprofessional. No one called to cancel or reschedule. Another day wasted. Even doctors call you to reschedule when they can't see you. There is no accountability or professionalism here.

The lines were not too bad but the employees definitely made up for it by assisting me with my problems like professionals, my overall experience at this Wells Fargo was not bad at all.

I got here before 12 Noon (11:50am). Security guard said it was closed!!! I was like WTF ITS NOT EVEN 12pm. Due to the Covid19 a lot of businesses try to close early. That's Bs!! So I talk to a representative and Sandra. The representative is useless! Sandra let me in, so 3 Stars! ***Don't try to close early because you guys are short handed! That's not the customer fault! Giving us BS about the vault have to be balanced and the workers have to leave... I don't give a ****! It's not 12pm yet!***

Lines take a little longer than hoped but to be expected from most banks. Overall I've had a pretty good experience. When I opened an account the girl was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Yikes when the teller don't tell you all the information when you're depositing and withdrawing so you end up having -$2k as balance

Worst customer service !!! This morning I went to deposit my check the teller Liz didn't explain to me my opinion due to it being a Saturday I knew that my whole check wasn't going to be available to me but if she would've gave me the options or explain to me the process I wouldn't have been stuck with less than $40 for the weekend I went back and spoke to the manager (Sandra Carrillo )she was no help just full of attitude like it was my mistake ! wouldn't be in this situation if there wasn't any lack of communication Bank teller LIZ should always explain to the customer the process especially on the weekend so that I can make a choice and not have a choice made for me

Sandra Carrillo, tried to helped me cash my paycheck at Rosemead's Wells Fargo. She was very rude and unhelpful, when I asked to cash my paycheck. She said we can not give you any money, you must deposit your paycheck and wait. This not true first off, second it's the first of the month and I need to pay rent, it's time sensitive, third she looked at me and said "I don't care, if you have rent due today." Wow... so cold! Now I have had my check chased many times different branches, without any with issues, now this is a first! I'm a hard work individual paying insane fees constantly to not be able to pull out any of my hard earned dollars for rent? I proceeded to tell her I'm shutting down my account, and her response is, "Oh, you don't know? All the banks are like this, hun? WTF! No they are not!! I finished by explain how I think this bank is corrupt and I did not like how Wells Fargo forced tellers to open up accounts in customers names without their permission, she literally laughed at me, rolled her eyes, and walked away. So rude... I will never come to this Wells Fargo Bank in Rosemead due to Sandra Carrillo's terrible attitude!!

4 years ago someone lost their wallet, with in it a DL and ATM. It's cool I got my Passport! Well... Never being the person that balanced their accounts I would be over drafted 500.00 very pay period. Mr. Banker didn't seem to willing to issue a new ATM as my privileges have been revoked by the constant overdrafts. We went back and forth about the constant overdrafts and heated. I did end up getting my temp ATM and issued a new one. What I didn't expect was a stern lecture from Mr. Banker dude. But the things he said resonated in my head. "Man you make good money!" "You could own a house if you wanted to" "you can't be throwing your money away man" .... This guy! I was pissed but, today thanks to Tim Nguyen I'm about to crawl out of my credit card debt and step into the world of my money working for me! I thank god for that day that Tim gave me a talking to! He has since help takeover and manage my Mom's retirement money with growth every quarter where there was none before. That's what I need on my side! Someone that cares enough to tell me for my own good. And Tim Nguyen is now our family banker and has help us by advising on the next moves. Very very grateful. Tim and the friendly staff at the Rosemead Wells Fargo on Walnut Grove are always a pleasure to deal with.

Almost every time i come to this branch i have a problem with the bank managers. I then drive over the hill into the Montebello branch and have no problems with the bank manager assisting me in the thing i need to do and get done. Also have to call the wells fargo guest services to further assist me on my problem because no help was able to be done. Only thing this spot good for is the atm location. Rarely down

The loan process at this branch is very slow. Took almost half a year to close. Other banks take 2-3 months. Also when I tried to refinance they rejected me twice over small issues that could be easily avoided had the loan officer had proper experience. My solution was to go to another lending institution. Does not have to be a bank. I saved $1000 from the closing cost also. Wells Fargo is just awful. I will never do a mortgage with them. Let's not forget their other reputation for opening fake accounts.

I came here simply to cash in a check. Had to leave because I didn't have 2 forms of i, which is understandable it isn't the reason I am upset. I came a second time and it was my turn i had came in earlier and my id was missing. In a hurry because I have work I looked for it in my Wallet. I asked the lady helping me for a second but she was extremely rude. I came in at 5 on the 21 she is Hispanic with glasses and a pound of make upI wish I got her name. Rudely the whole telling me you need your id for I can't cash it in I said ok. Can you ask the other teller if I left with with her she said no but you can have a seat. I sat down I found it getting her attention she ignored me.. The line got bigger. I went back in line found it and the gentlemen helping was really nice and took care of me.. He was next to her as he was helping me she stood there giving me the biggest glares! If give this place 1 star but I bumped it to 2 because of the gentlemen helping me.
