Bought and induction range from here because I wanted to support a local business and I thought they would be more responsive to customer service. I needed the serial number to get my Bosch rebate and asked for that before I got delivery and was told no. Then I have had to fill out out endless forms and so far two long phone calls to get the rebate which is still held up because of the serial number. Also requested a refund on my removal fee which I didn't end up needing and got no response. At the end of the day the whole experience was no different than dealing with the huge companies.

I need to get a refrigerator that day and there was none in store but they helped me to find one some were else I will always recommend your business and I will be back to get a freezer from you

We were quickly greeted when we entered the store. A salesman introduced himself and helped us find the product we were looking for. He showed us several different items and allowed my wife and me to make up our minds. We were not pressured to purchase any particular product. A shout out to Tyler, I would recommend this business.

Absolutely the worst customer service and delivery I have every experienced.TLDR: Don't expect to have your items installed, even if you pay for it, and don't expect a refund for services not rendered.I purchased a washer and dryer, and opted to have the items delivered and installed. If you purchase the required installation items (i.e. dryer cord and washing machine hoses), then installation is free (or so they say).The dryer was delivered first, along with the dryer cord and washing machine hoses, but the delivery driver said he would not do the install, because the notes clearly said to not install the dryer. I told him there must be a mistake, because the only reason I had purchased the dryer cord was so it could be installed. The driver told me there was nothing he could do, and he left.The next day, I called the salesman back, and he admitted he made the mistake in the notes, and the driver should have installed them for me. I asked for a refund, but he told me no, because the install was free, there was nothing to refund. After going back a forth a little bit, I gave up, and just requested to please make sure the washing machine would be installed when it was delivered, and he assured me it would be installed as requested.A week later, the same delivery driver comes with the washing machine. When I ask him about installing it, his response was, "You just have to screw in the hoses, it's very easy". When I asked again, his response was, "I can do it if you really want me to". At this point, I doubted the quality of his installation would be sufficient, given his completely apathetic attitude, so I opted to just do it myself.After the horrible experience, I filled out (3) surveys giving poor scores on the delivery and installation, and requested to be contacted by someone in customer service, but was never contacted.Fast forward 9 months, and the cheap washing machine hoses that Airport Appliance sells started leaking, not from the threaded portion of the hose, but from the hose itself, clearly a manufacturing defect. I bought new hoses myself, and took the defective hoses to the store to request a refund. If I didn't get the installation done, and the item didn't even last a year, I think that should qualify to have a refund of the $24.99 I paid.When I went in, there was no manager on duty, and I was told there was no one who would be able to refund me, or help me out in any way. I left the defective hoses there, along with my information, and requested a call back from a manager, my original salesman, or anyone who could help me. After a month, there has been no refund or call back.If you value your time, or expect to be treated like a paying customer after paying +$2k for appliances, don't bother going here. Luckily, I am an able-bodied person who was able to manage, but I couldn't imagine what it would be like if my elderly family members bought an appliance, and were told they had to do install themselves.I normally would never bother writing a review, but this experience has been so horrendous, hopefully I can help someone avoid the same ordeal I had to go through.

After looking around at the big box stores for a moderately priced electric clothes dryer I stopped by Airport Appliances. I talked with Rick Santos and he showed me a nice white dryer with some scratches and a couple of little dents. It came with the standard 1/ 10 year warranty plus a reduced price which I liked since I was on a budget. I brought my truck around the following morning along with the cord from my old dryer, which they installed for me and they loaded it for me and I brought it home and plugged it in. Quiet machine. My wife is happy. What else can I say. Airport Appliances has a large inventory of appliances. Certainly worth your time to take a look.

Excellent experience. Tabatha in Roseville was very knowledgeable and helpful in all product lines. She spent a great deal of time with us. She and Chad were outstanding. I highly recommend Airport Appliance for any appliance needs. I recommend Tabatha or Chad, great people! Cannot say enough good things about them. Bill

Alex Rodriguez at the Roseville store has been amazing to work with. His attention to detail is superb. When I needed to order a specific piece for our hood (a piece we weren’t anticipating needing), he was able to order it right away without hassle. I can’t wait to begin using my new kitchen appliances and would definitely recommend Airport Home Appliance (and Alex Rodriguez) for anyone looking for new appliances!!! Five stars all the way!!

Be very careful signing anything until you make sure everything about your appliance works properly. Mac was quick to close the sale and take my money even gave a discount if I provided a good review on yelp which I did. Part of my order was not delivered with the rest. I had to call and email several times to try and figure out what was going on. I was told Mac had to fix the order but he wasn’t returning my messages. Finally two weeks later I got a person on the phone who was able to reschedule the delivery of my lost items. When they were delivered and installed it was found that my dryer was defective and I couldn’t see the leak because it was under the machine and could only see it now because of the new pedestals. 5 days, several non answered calls, several text and voice messages later with no response, I call their customer service dept only for them to call the store for me. Rick answered and told me I would need to call the manufacturer for a service call since my original delivery was 3 weeks earlier. If they would have delivered what they were supposed to, it would not have taken 3 weeks to figure out they sold me a defective product. Beyond disappointed with this store and their customer service.

My wife and I are currently remodeling the kitchen area of our home in the greater Newcastle/Roseville area. We were shopping for new appliances and had an extensive wish list. We reached out to at least 5 retailers (big box and local) and finally decided on Airport Home Appliances. David Pearson, Sale Specialist, provided superior customer service, follow-up, and was able to fulfill our wish list completely and in a timely manner; all with competitive pricing. Their delivery service members were very professional, courteous, and respectful of our property.David Pearson at Airport Home Appliance (Roseville Showroom) went above and beyond.

Their sell team is great but the installation department are terrible. Had an appointment to deliver a cooktop last Friday and at the end of the day, they called and said they couldn’t make it. Things happened so I was ok with it. They rescheduled for the next Thursday and today is Thursday and there’s no call. I called the store and a gentleman at the store told me that they took my name off for today’s delivery and he doesn’t know why. He said he’ll dispatch the installation people and will give me a call. Still waiting and no call yet. Very frustrating.

Went there because I thought I'd get some better information about appliances vs the big box stores. Not the case. Looking for washer and dryer. Saleslady showed us a model that was positioned flush against a wall.. I remarked that they wouldn't be able to install them that close because of the hose. She assured me they could. I bought them.. including the expensive pedestals. When they were delivered, there were no pedestals. Turns out they were backordered for 2 months. Wasn't told that. The installers put the washer and dryer in.. but not flush to the wall due to the dryer hose. I told this to the saleslady and she said the installers didn't do it correctly and she would make sure they send the 'A team' installers next time. After waiting and having to check up on the pedestals, they finally arrived.. same installers. They said that the way they are installing was the only way possible, and the saleslady didn't know what she was talking about. They got them a little closer.. not too bad really, but that wasn't the 'promise'. I like the washer and dryer, so no real problem, but I did have some heartburn with the customer service. Instead of leaving a negative review I emailed the store manager, he got back to me the next day, and left a message. In the next week or so I called him at least twice back, but he never got back to me... so here it is. I wouldn't avoid this place, but I wouldn't rush back to it either.

Roseville store: The absolute worst! Paid in full day of purchase for a washer and dryer. They have our money, we don't have our washer. BTW, No such thing as next day delivery. In fact, they delivered defective washer 4 days later. After 3 more days they call to inform me they don't have anymore and it will be at least 10 days to get another. The sales person, Mac, was great when we bought, that all went away when he didn't like me telling him how horrible the service was, he hung up on me. The store manager, Preeya, the worst, made promises but never returned any calls! They both promised credits back to our bank, still waiting. Beware, they give you a supposed $ 50 credit if you write a wonderful review while buying, then if you have a problem they are nowhere to be found! BEWARE, NEVER AGAIN! WORST!

This was our first time shopping at Airport Appliance. We were met pretty much right after entering the store. Not attacked by any means, just a pleasant hello and can we help you or advise you in the direction of what you're looking for. We were introduced to Barbara Valencia and we explained to her that we were looking for a certain GE dishwasher that none of the other store's that we had visited earlier didn't have, but they could order if we wanted. We are the type of buyer's that need to touch and feel and have demonstrated how the product works before purchasing. We were pleasantly surprised that Airport Appliance had the exact dishwasher that we were looking for. Barbara was so knowledgeable and explained in detail the ins and outs and of any know problems that we could expect down the road. We decided that this was just the dishwasher that we wanted but that the price was higher than what we could get at the other stores. Barbara said that they could price match, I then asked if they would also match the 10% discount that was offered to us from one of the other stores. I showed Barbara the coupon, Barbara asked the Mgr of Airport Appliance if they would honor the coupon and he said No Problem. I really can't say enough good thing's about this Company and their sales rep Barbara who went out of their way to us feel like part of their family, so to speak. This will definitely be our first stop next time that we are looking for a major Appliance. We couldn't believe their show room inventory of pretty much all the name brand appliance's.

A few days before the labor day weekend our dishwasher died. I felt the pressure of the looming holiday and boy is hand washing everything a nightmare! My girlfriend recommended that I go to Airport. I braced myself for pushy salespeople and spending so, so much money that I would rather not spend, but neither happened! This was seriously one of the easiest major purchases I have ever made! We walked in, looked at the few dishwasher brand/models I had narrowed it down via online research, and called over a salesperson to ask a few questions. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The Labor Day sale they were having was amazing so we got a nicer model than we planned going in. The purchase process was super easy and they delivered it within an hour of us leaving the store! We've only had our Bosch 800 dishwasher for about a week, but so far it's great. Will definitely use Airport for any future appliance needs.
