Great quality shoes, but the return/exchange policy needs improvement. I ordered a set of replacement laces on sale. When they arrived, they were the wrong style. I went to the store, thinking the ones I wanted were the same price. Therefore, it should be a simple item for similar item exchange. They ended up returning the sales price item and selling me the correct item at full price. It seems that if it's an exchange of an unused item, for something of the exact price, then money shouldn't be involved. Seems like you are being pennywise and poundfoolish because a few dollars could cost you hundreds in the shoes I don't purchase due to the bitter taste that experience left with me. I'll be back, but I'll be very careful to get the correct item when you have your sale.

Terrible quality shoes!
I bought two pairs of these shoes, and both started squeaking almost immediately. When I took them back to the store, the sales associate applied something around the shoes, assuring me it would fix the issue. It worked briefly while I was still in the store, but as soon as I wore them again, the squeaking returned with every step. Now they just sit in my closet, gathering dust—I might end up using them as lawn-mowing shoes. I would never recommend these to anyone.

Dear Sirs. My name is Father Ronald Atwood. I am a Roman Catholic Priest living in Rancho Mirage, California. About two years ago, Mr. Logan Wilson contacted me from his website and very kindly invited me to take advantage of his services. Eventually, he helped me join The Collectors. Over this time Logan notified me regarding special sales and explained how I could save money on shoes. But, most of all I was amazed and gratified to learn of Logan's connoisseur abilities and his vast knowledge of Allen Edmonds entire philosophy and the quality of their products. During these joyful years Logan has shared his passion for mirror polishing shoes. We compare photos of each other's attempts and post them to each other. Logan has sold me Strands, Park Avenues, of which I have fifteen or more pairs in a variety of shades. Only a month ago he noticed a pair of McCallisters in dark chili and sent them to me. He said: "You are going to love these, especially the color." Indeed, they are treasures and, of course, have a glass finish now. I am proud of Logan as a consummate professional. His stunning knowledge and personal acumen give him a status as a young man far beyond his age. Even his vocabulary is most immediately impressive! Poetic! Clever. Humorous. I look forward to continuing associations with Logan Wilson. He is uncommon and his qualities rare.

I am Father Ronald Atwood. A delighted and deeply impressed client of your store. The star of all my needs has for a year and a half been my mentor in buying Allen Edmonds shoes. Logan Wilson has expertly guided me through much information. Knowing I am a shoe snob, he teaches me in the finer details. I have so far ordered fifteen or more pairs of shoes from Logan Wilson. Each pair is a treasure! I wear only AE shoes every day. With a sizable collection, I can space then out over time. As Logan knows I mirror polish all my shoes and boots: from Daltons and Strands, to Park Avenues and Fifth Avenues. Of course, the shoes take some time getting them up to standards, mine and Logan's. I love to be well dressed and groomed. Logan will see my polishing efforts often as I email photos regularly. And, I almost daily get compliments on my mirror shined shoes. Certainly, a rarity! I enjoy my frequent contacts with Logan. We share art and music interests as well as fashion. I feel Logan Wilson is a great and gifted young man. In fact, I have never encountered anyone like him. He is so fiercely engaged in his calling, he simply amazes me regularly. I simply know with his nearly radical commitment to his trade, nothing can interfere or dimmish his zeal! ATTN: Allen Edmonds Management,I love this location/store! The manager of this location is knowledgeable about the products and brand. Is very pleasant to talk to and always willing to impart her wisdom on how to style my shoes/boots with outfit combinations. Both the salesmen are very empathic to what I'm trying to build in my personal shoe collection, and drive me towards that goal. With models like the Strandmok and the Randolph, to the Hamilton and Chapman.I've relied on this small, but mighty sales team to ensure that not only am I the best "suited and booted" person in the office. But I have a well rounded collection, that is prepared for the boardroom to the bedroom!Thank you Allen Edmonds Roseville for helping me in my shoe collection goals.

Spent $400 on shoes which came with short laces but store asked for $3.75 to replace with linger ones! Do you guys hear yourselves?? First and last time buying Allen Edmonds. There are other premium shoes I'd rather buy.

Came in for a pair of boots and some park ave cap toes. Logan spent a ton of time with me ensuring the right fit within a few of the different lasts and styles. I left with plenty of tips to keep my new and old shoes in top condition. Excellent customer service, product knowledge, and of course the AEs speak for themselves when they fit perfect.

The customer service here is great. They really take the time to help you and get you the right size you need and if they don't have it in store, then they can order it for you. I love everything about Allen Edmonds, it's really classy here.
