My son has gone through two workers there and neither did anything for him, other than blame him for everything and make him feel bad about himself. He doesn't even live in Placer County anymore, but Aida still hasn't transferred his case to the other county. As if she just wants to keep tormenting him!

Horrible company. Take care of my cousin and no one cares about his best interest. No one ever calls back, and when you express concerns they make you feel like you have no idea what you're talking about.

Needs improvement to be more honest and transparent about services available to clients. Needs to work on having empathy and a better attitude towards clients and their families. Our first couple years with Alta we had a phenomenal case worker. Kinda downhill from there. I am optimistic thing will get better with time.

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is a private, non-profit corporation working under contract with the State of California, Department of Developmental Services, to provide services to persons, age three and above, with a developmental disability pursuant to the Lanterman Act.
ACRC also provides services to infants and toddlers, between birth and 36 months, who have a need for early intervention services and who meet the eligibility criteria for the California Early Start program.
The Roseville office is one of the branch office for Alta California Regional Center.
