I have had an ok experience with most of the doctors in this office. But recently I have felt that the staff is very unwelcoming, they are double booked, never answer the phone, and don’t listen when I try and explain what I need, they just seem unwilling to help. I do not feel seen or heard from this office.

Dr. Abalos and the team are so helpful, patient, and kind. They make themselves constantly available with positive, uplifting, and supportive attitudes. Everyone goes above and beyond every time I need them. I appreciate the hard and dedicated work they do to ensure I'm in the best care. I refer you to everyone I know. Thank you, Dr. Abalos and Team!

Dr. Abalos was my assigned Primary Care Physician through my WHA insurance. I called to make a new patient annual appointment. I was told she was not taking new patients. When I said she was assigned to me by my insurance and asked if I still couldn't be seen or if I needed to change my Dr through my insurance, I got hung up on. As someone who has worked front desk and billing at a medical facility for years, I know that I should've been put on the schedule but I also was going to be very understanding if I was still told no. I was super disappointed by the service I received in such a short phone call.

A few of the folks on staff are kind enough, but a majority of the doctors -- including Dr. Abalos -- are extremely rude and, like many doctors, tend not to listen to what patients have to say. I had a major ear issue for over a year, and they just kept insisting that it must be an infection and giving me antibiotics, even though that clearly wasn't working. I had to be referred to an ENT just to be told that I had an allergy flare up that was putting pressure on my inner ear. I was put on a specific medication -- an over the counter one, not even some obscure prescription-only stuff! -- and had my issue solved within the week.Also, wouldn't recommend going here if you're even slightly overweight for any reason at all, even if there's a clear medical reason why and you're working on it. You'll be treated horribly for it no matter what.Also not LGBT friendly. They'll treat you, but you'll be getting side-eyes and confused looks the entire time. They have no idea how to properly provide transgender healthcare.

A few years ago I would have given 5 stars. I tried to give benefits of the doubt to Dr. Abalos, but having dealt directly with her, I realize how unprofessional and her unwillingness to help was. Like many other reviewers have said, my health concerns were ignored. It was obvious she didn't want to help.

She was giving my mom medications that interacted with the other medications she put her on. This was part of the reason why her life ended.

After years (almost 6) of being ignored about my very high blood pressure, headaches, and being prescribed med after med instead of finding the cause, I switched doctors and within months and the appropriate lab work I am finally getting the answers and the cause. She never took my concern serious and waisted a lot of time ignoring my systems despite my medical history. Always advocate for yourself.

Probably the most ridiculous Doctors office ever! I have never been to a Doctor that cares so LITTLE about a 7 year old little girl! 2 weeks now my daughter has had over a 102 fever and they REFUSE to see her! They are so scared of germs! YOU WORK AT A DR OFFICE! Everyone that comes in there is sick... All over the News there are stories of kids dying from this Respiratory infection going around. We are very positive that there is something more wrong here than just a "Cold" as they are referring to it as... So instead of scheduling me an Appt so my daughter can be seen their response is "Oh! Well just take her to the ER if you're really that concerned!" Really? Why do I have you as my Primary Care Physician if all you're going to do is neglect us? This Dr office is a joke! I highly recommend you take yourself and your family elsewhere... This place will NOT do anything to help you! All you have to is look at all the 1 STAR reviews... STAY AWAY!P.S.-If you didn't get the COVID Vaccine they treat you like you're dirty! But they have no problem bringing in people who have received it even though the CDC announced that the vaccine actually does NOT help at all when it comes to spreading the Virus! This office is full of crooks!

I wish I could have met Dr. Abalos, but I was Quick to learn that her team chose to pick whom they will help. First I had call office over 20 times in a 25 minute window, according to staff they are short handed. Because I m new I needed to establish myself so the night before my carrier adviced me to call them before the Dr. Office to be sure I was in the system in which I did verify I was in the system before calling. When I reached them I asked is it always like this, having to call back over 20 times, she didn't answer my concerns she requested my name then perseeded to have me spell every single part of my name like a child, I was irritated with her and said there's many people with the name of stella and she would not take my concern she just wanted my name and I was upset. I needed to understand what they say as to why I'm not in the system, she put me on hold as I was in tears, As I waited I was told they could call me back, I stated I would wait, so another hold, by now I'm wanting to call the carrier. But unknown to then I had a second ph. But accidentally i call them back. I was advised they were on hold waiting for my carrier but I told them I had no problem calling them I can get through immediately what can I do to help. she advised me to that I could get the carrie to fax over my info., I said ok I've been on hold I dont want to hold the line for others so I'll hand up the phone and call immediately to my carrier. Thankfully I was able to talk to my carrier I personally felt I shouldn't start my medical care this upset I want to establish a good emotional care between my doctor and her staff, they need to see me in the best professional environment possible, I shouldn't be this upset to get medical help that I have been waiting for some times. But my carrier totally understood my dilemma and I'm happy with my carrier who put me as a patent first and professionally activated me to a new care facility according to my wishes. I'm saddened that this had to happen. But a doctor can be so good ad her team as they Represent their doctor and her best intentions to.

Very unorganized front office. They charge you for things you didnt receive, so watch your billing. Incompetent staff!

We have been going to Dr. Abalos for almost two years. She has been fantastic and always responds to any questions we have or if we need to be referred to another doctor. It has been crazy times with covid but if you have to go in they are very careful and we feel safe. Otherwise you can do a video visit which is easy to do too. We appreciate her very much.

This office is so rude and unprofessional. This morning, I called about needing an appointment for a serious allergic reaction I've been having for 3 days, I was in the ER the day before for a rash, swollen face, tongue, throat and lips, as well as joint pain. I was told that their office won't take me because I have a rash because there was a chance it could have something to do with Covid, although I have no Covid symptoms or contact. The ER told me it was a severe food allergy and to see my primary care doctor. The office said the most they could do was a video call, however I needed urgent treatment and I told them I will just go back to the hospital and the front desk rudely told me to do whatever I want. Within the next hour, they called me back to tell me that the doctor is asking for me not to go to the ER because I don't have a vaccine and it could increase my chances of getting Covid or spreading it, which once again, I DON'T HAVE COVID. I told them I was there the day before and received help just fine, however the doctors office kept insisting that their video call was all I needed, while I was still having a very severe reaction and needed help. I hung up on them because I was already at urgent care and getting help. What kind of doctors office tells their patients to not get help when they are having a life-threatening emergency... I don't recommend this office and will not be returning.

Worst experience ever!! Front desk staff is so rude and unprofessional. My kids had new patient appointment and came in before it started and told us they didn’t take our insurance. Then asked us to leave while I was on phone with insurance, which says they took our insurance. DO NOT GO HERE! Save yourself time and money
