The customer-management process needs immediate attention. I waited for over an hour, only to discover that I had been removed from the queue without any notification. I was present the entire time, yet no staff member called my name, attempted to locate me, or verified my place in line. I had to initiate the inquiry myself before anyone investigated the delay.
Several employees were unoccupied during this period, which raises concerns about workflow oversight and operational discipline. Peak season volume cannot be the justification for losing track of customers who are actively waiting to make a purchase.
If this were a sales-driven operation, there would be a structured system in place: customer contact collection, automated SMS alerts, real-time queue status, and basic managerial queue analysis to prevent this exact failure. These are standard business practices.
The behavior I observed indicates a gap in accountability and customer-care strategy within the team. Leadership should address this promptly, because experiences like this directly weaken trust, brand credibility, and revenue potential.

Apple needs to revamp their stores. So unorganized for such a reputable company. The employees don’t seem to understand much. Time to reconsider store operations

Extremely child safe and conscious store, they have learning sessions where they draw emojis and no one showed up today but instead of taking a break since no one showed up the extremely kid employee noticed my son and me weren’t doing anything while my mom was getting a new phone and asked if he would like to join the drawing session no one showed up for, my son ha

I came into store to ask questions about it in terms of the new pro 3’s. The person helping said I could try them on for fit. I waited > 15” and he kept apologizing that he was informed they were somewhere on in the store, but he did not no who had them. Several apologies later he suggested I come back another time if that was ok. I love Apple products. The stores have significantly declined with there service model.

Big thanks to AJ for helping me transfer my photos and files between two phones and unpair an Apple Watch. The process was pretty tedious, but AJ was incredibly patient and kind. He clearly knows his stuff — while waiting for updates or downloads, he would give me an estimate of how long it would take, assist other customers, and return right on time. Next time I need help, I hope AJ is the one there to assist again!

The staff at the store is actually garbage. It's ridiculous that the store manager and many others. Do not help you when it's your appointment time. They help everybody else that comes in behind you and you over here. Somebody say your appointment time is after yours and then they ask you what time your appointment was. After speaking to the online support team in the sales department, I explained to them that the keyboard that was purchased is not fully functional with the iPad that was purchased, and they will not do with the surgical team online said they would do is overwrite the 14 day policy. I've been buying some Apple for 13 years and I adore the product as many we know, but I definitely don't adore the staff in the store. It's definite garbage Davina Griffin, the security in here it's horrible. It's nowhere no wonder but after 500 some reviews they still only have a 2 1/2 stars. They're the worst out of all the Apple stores. It is ridiculous that they feel like they can treat people like this. When you ask for a senior store manager and she's walking around, but you're told that she's not available that's absurd. I've now filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. I've also filed a complaint with the city of Roseville. Yeah it's time to see the staff get overhaul. If you're buying from us if you're buying from an Apple Store, I would definitely go to Arden fair mall I would definitely go to San Francisco. I would go to any store about this store.
Well, went back there to pick up my warranty case because I had to order it through the store and another horrible experience. This one with a representative by the name of Megan. Megan was just as argumentative and very unprofessional as the last manager Griffin. Every time I go in there to speak with the regular senior store manager, it’s convenient that she’s never there. Does this store manager even work in the store? The store manager‘s name is Davina And never seems to be there.

Spent 2 hrs in the store to fix a watch only for the tech to tell us they don’t fix Apple Watches. We could have done the stuff they told us at home!
