Do not go to this store. They fraudulently opened up a store credit card under my name and I ended up taking a credit hit when I had to jump through hurdles to close it. Came in to look at couches and a sales associate helped me out and said we could look at financing options, I asked if it would affect my credit and he reassured me that it would not at all it would just give us a payment idea. I took that information and left, a few days later receiving my new fraudulently opened credit card in the mail. I called in to speak with the management about it and they pretty much said bummer, sorry he lied we can't do anything about it. Horrendous service, I will not be purchasing a couch from here.

Sales people are nice, helpful, knowledgeabl. I'm sure there are some nice things there, but the couches and Ashley brand mattresses are the worst quality I've ever purchased. I absolutely hate my brand new couch. The cushions come out of place when you sit, they cave in around you, and you can hear someone adjust their position even in other rooms it's so loud. Cheap fabric, NOT soft. I guess you can't get furniture of quality anymore, or I went to the wrong place. My other pieces I've gotten from smaller mom n pops were so beautiful and well made, maybe I should have stayed with the smaller stores. You no longer get what you pay for. Those days are over, profit over all. All we have are reviews, and based on the average rating of Ashley they don't give a crap anyway. My mattress I bought is awful. I was told it would be better if I bought the 900.00 adjustable bed frame, which I'm ngl I will prob go back and buy because I'm at the adjustable bed age anyway. I hate to give such a bad review but this is pretty upsetting. I make these large purchases once every ten years and I do not appreciate the super poor quality :( It's mostly my fault, I picked it out. I was soooo tired after more than a year of couch shopping, I gave up and went for it. Go to the smaller stores, y'all

While shopping for new living room furniture, I went to 3 different furniture stores and went to Ashley's 3 separate times, while I was trying to decide what new design to go with. The selection at Ashley's was better than the other furniture stores I visited. All 3 trips to Ashley's were great. Philip was my sales associate. He helped me plan color schemes, showed me multiple items that would fit in my space, and basically help me decorate the room. He was not pushy, and when I said I need to walk around to think, he left me alone to do so. Philip was patient, helpful, and pleasant to work with. I will buy from him again

Had a great experience with Ashley store in Roseville, Ca. Bought a twin bedframe and needed to switch with a full- size bedframe , before delivery and had to reschedule delivery. Shout out to Ashley and Anthony!! They made it happen and within my timeframe. The delivery staff were very professional, quick and courteous. Would recommend this team!!

Wrong color of couch was delivered, when addressed, no one reached back out to me and I had to drive to the store to resolve the issue because despite having seemingly few tk no customers, they're still too busy to answer their phones.

This was such a positive experience! It was fun trying out all the mattresses they had. Once I was shown everything to choose from, it was easy to pick. I felt listened to and my needs were metEdit: should have waited until delivery day and I had my bed in my possession to make my post. I paid $200 and was supposed to receive delivery of my bed, disassembly and mattress removal and assembly of my new bed. I asked twice if those things would be done because I would not be able to do them myself. When the delivery company arrived, they said they could not disassemble my bed when I was promised by the salesperson that they would. Be aware that Ashley furniture will say what you want to hear to make a sale, even if it isn’t the truth.

After visiting many furniture stores in the area, we stopped at Ashley. We loved the selection and proceeded to purchase multiple pieces with the help of Steven. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and not pushy!!! I highly recommend this store.

My wife and I came here JUST to check out some couches, but of course behold, there was a Presidents Day Sale. As we were browsing we got familiar with a few of the workers there who were a tremendous help at answering our questions. Munish was extremely kind and interactive, focusing very much on us, even when he had to get pulled away to help others, he made sure to come back and finish what we started. Phillip was VERY knowledgeable on the set we were looking into, and as soon as we saw a stunning deal on one that was right up our alley, they were very honest about its material makeup, it's Warranty coverages, and how soon we could have it. We actually had our truck with us at the time...and even though it was a Sunday (they don't have their loading crew) they loaded it up immediately for us and weren't hesitant to guide us throughout it. I want to say a big thanks to DJ, Andy, and all the others previously mentioned for helping us get such a good deal and being so impulsive with the loading procedure! They made our experience very personal and we look forward to working with this location again very soon!

Terrible customer service! Do not buy with them. I ordered and the furniture did not work for out home. I sent it back that day and 2 days later a manager called and I expressed that I wanted to cancel. They told me that I would receive the refund with in 3-5 business days… it has now been exactly 10 business days. I gave called multiple time and the different reps have told me that “it wasn’t cancelled” its not cancelled in all of our systems” all kinds of excuses. I will never ever do business with them.
