We came in to get my iPhone fixed because it had a broken back glass. Not only were the staff friendly, the insurance claim was processed quickly but we got good advice and the best deal on phone accessories (new case and screen protectors).

I have a 4:00 appt. It is now 4:24 and still no help. Makes me wonder if having an appt is better than someone who walks in without an appt.

I have been having issues with my phone and on multiple occasions visited the Roseville location where the manager, Orville, has been extremely helpful. Not only does he patiently take his time to help resolve the issue but gives an explanation as to why and how the problem is occurring. I can not be more thankful for his help!

My experience at this AT&T store was Wonderful!! The young man Orville was Amazing! Very informative and very patient, very kind and professional . He help me with a problem regarding my phone. I am very Pleased.

I had problems with the plan for two years. I paid $190 for 3 lines. There are always some problems with the support service. I contacted AT&T stores on Madison, Citrus, etc. Today, I decided to finally switch to another company and came to the store at 2030 Douglas Blvd, Roseville to terminate the contract. But I met their employee, Chris, who did his job very professionally and helped me solve problems that I've had for 2 years. In general, many thanks to this man for his work, and thanks to the management for hiring such employees into the company."

I enjoy the great service at this location. They always are friendly and listen to what I need. They even took the time to go over my bill so I understood the discounts that I was getting.

I have been coming to this store for my cellphone services many times. I could go to any store but the gentleman named Chris is so helpful and provides such a wonderful customer service experience that I come back anytime I need help with my account. Because of him I prefer to go to this store first above all other att stores in the area. Thank you Chris for always being willing to answer my questions and getting me the products I need as quickly as possible. You're the best, thank you. ?

AT&T is fine. Asurion and ubreakifix are awful. Last time I needed a screen repaired, their computers weren't working so they handed me my phone with the same broken screen and said, "There's nothing we can do" so I paid out of pocket for a new phone. That new phone now needs a new screen and I was told today that they didn't have the product in stock, but as long as I brought it in at 5PM, they would have one from another store. Well, they had the other screen from the other store at 5PM, but then said they were too busy and I wouldn't have my phone for 2 days. Terrible customer service. Wondering why I pay for the insurance when it doesn't do anything for me.

I recently upgraded my iphone at the AT&T Rocky Ridge store on Douglas Blvd. I wasn’t expecting the outstanding service I received. George Rodriguez was exceptionally helpful with my purchase but also the steps of pairing my Apple Watch with my iphone. He assessed my account and recommended several changes to save costs on my monthly bill. He’s very knowledgeable, personable and he really seems to care about his customers. I’ve been to other AT&T stores but this store by far is the best.
