I recently upgraded my iphone at the AT&T Rocky Ridge store on Douglas Blvd. I wasn’t expecting the outstanding service I received. George Rodriguez was exceptionally helpful with my purchase but also the steps of pairing my Apple Watch with my iphone. He assessed my account and recommended several changes to save costs on my monthly bill. He’s very knowledgeable, personable and he really seems to care about his customers. I’ve been to other AT&T stores but this store by far is the best.

I always leave with my questions answered and problems resolved when I go into this AT& T store. The manager, Kyle is knowledgeable, and patient. He takes the time necessary to help a technology challenged lady understand these new fangled machines and helps set me up and get me on my way again. If Kyle and Chris didn’t take the time to help me, I would not have purchased products from there. Their customer service has been great!

My experience at the AT&T store on Douglas and Rocky Ridge in Roseville, CA was excellent! Andrew was the customer service or sales rep that helped me. When I walked in, I was very frustrated and angry but it was user error or not anybody else’s fault. Andrew used a very calm voice and Understood I was frustrated. He helped me right away. I appreciate Andrew and his great customer service!

I had a great experience at the store today with a problem with my phone. I worked with George, who diagnosed my phone problem quickly, and offered an affordable solution. I was surprised by how easy it was. I’ll continue to go to this store in the future.

A guy named CHESTER assisted us 2 days ago and chats and chats with us for a long period of time but PLACED A WRONG ADDRESS OF DELIVERY FOR MY PHONE. TOO BAD WE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT TO CANCEL THE ORDER VIA PHONE. I HOPE NEXT TIME HE CHECKS THE ADDRESS AND DETAILS CORRECTLY BECAUSE THIS MESSED UP MY PLAN FOR A WEEK JUST WAITING FOR THE STUPID PHONE. Oh one more thing. That was almost closing time so i waited at home for the email from atnt in the store but did not arrived. I went home and when I checked the email, BOOM different shipping address. WAY TO GO...

I wonder if this store has a Store Manager, probably not, but if there is one! for sure should be fired because he or she hire the worst customer service, this review is for an IDIOT who works there, his name is BRIAN B, he is bald with glasses, I went there yesterday, to trade my phone and this was the conversation with him: Me: can you help me to transfer my info to the new phone? Brian: No, we don't do that. Me: Yes, all the AT&T store do that, and I called 1 800 331 0500 and they told me that any AT&T store can help you with that. Brian: They lied to you, because we don't do that, is not part of our job. Me: So what is your job? Brian: Just sell. Me: I have a virus on my phone, do you think the virus will go to the new phone? Brian: Well I guess you have to call Doctor virus because I don't have idea about that, and believe me even the dumbest person can do it, just go home, find on YouTube how to do it. REALLY??, that's the way to talk to a client that brings you business to your store? after I left that horrible store, I went to the AT&T store on 5550 Sunrise Blvd Ste 1, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, and a lady the name ANA came to me to greet me at the door and very nicely she smile at me and asked me in what she can help me, and I told her, what happened at the other store on Douglas in Roseville, and she apologized, for the bad service at Roseville, she asked me for both phone the old one and new one, and she started to do everything, she put the memory card on the new phone, because I didn't know how to do it, she transferred, everything, and she answered me all the questions I asked, unfortunately, the other IDIOT will get the commission for the sell, but I wish the Company could give that commission to Anna, because she was the want who helped me., AT&T Corporate, do us a favor and fired that rude, mean and unhelpful idiot, BRIAN B.

AT&T is the absolute worst company on this planet I'm getting rid of them . They have the dumbest customer service reps I've ever seen. They are so disrespectful and gross and rude. I've been a loyal customer for years and this was the final stunt . I'm going to someone else. A bunch of idiots that don't know if they are coming or going. If you like being ripped off and treated badly then go thru them. I would not suggest them if my life depended on it. They get by with murder . Poor customer service skills . Do not use them you will be sorry if you do!

I had went to a previous the AT&T at Ridge at Creekside, and the service was good but the person who was helping wasn't making any sense. I came to this AT&T and Chester was amazing! He explained to me how everything works and the process of upgrading and the pros of having insurance and "up next" that they have which the previous store didn't tell me. He was friendly, great communicator, and most of all very helpful. He answered all the questions I had and cleared up any confusion. He also engaged in conversation as we set up my new device and it was amazing knowing how welcoming he is as an employee. Thank you Chester for all your help today! 11/25/2023

Went in because I didn’t like my iPhone 15 so I decided to change back to my iPhone 12 Pro and the whole process took so long because they couldn’t figure out how to do it. The manager also kept giving me e sims instead of actual SIM cards which took up so much of the time. Was really surprised that the manager of the store did not care about it taking forever and just wanted it easier for him. Made my experience with atnt horrible.
