travelled down from Reno to make a purchase, the gentlemen i worked with were very honest, they took the car to a nearby mechanic to replace a motor mount, without complaint, the car had been pretty thoroughly detailed and the tank was filled. The car hs been running wstrong for a few weeks and i got a follow up call today regarding the registration and title, all was well and paperwork was being submitted as promised. I should add The shop they took it to was revealed so I could confirm the repair was being done. I got to go and look in on the vehicle as the part were being replaced. SErvice and promises made were all kept they even helped me get the vehicle on a trailer so I could tow it home. These boys did an incredible job..

This team was awesome. I bought my 2017 Ford Expedition El from these guys. I called them and told them what vehicle I wanted and when I arrived they had it staged and ready for a test drive. I did not feel pressured by them at all. I love my new to me SUV. These guys seemed pretty honest and I could not be happier about my transaction.

My 2010 Jetta served me well for 60k (bought used) but it was time to move on. Found a 2013 Tiguan here and fell in love immediately. Awd TSI. Perfect for visiting family on the other side theSierra. Kevin was very responsive and a big help. He didn't push any extra stuff. Love the car! Easy transaction!

Had a great experience here. Kevin and his team allowed us a test drive, they were patient as we checked out the vehicle, they were willing to work with our lender (who required additional paperwork), and got us out in time for Christmas (12/2021). Very happy with our purchase and we knew Kevin was very knowledgeable and was patient in walking us through the process. Would recommend auto king to others.

We had the most exceptional experience with Kevin at Auto King. In this market, with such low inventory and higher than typical prices, finding my dream car (luxury, AWD, MANUAL transmission) was a dream that all the big dealerships shot down. We had 3 days to buy a car due to an unfortunate situation with my 2013 Passat. I'll admit, I was skeptical. From the initial inquiry Kevin was even keeled, professional, zero pressure. He made everything so easy it was like being on vacation; exceptional customer service, 1000% honest, and followed through on every single thing he said he would do. Really important to me was his knowledge and thoughtfulness around finance. He even found us a premiere extended warranty since we choose to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. 6 Stars. We will be back for our next purchase. So grateful to the Auto King team in Roseville.

Bought a car from this dealer. Experience was pretty painless, pricing was transparent, and the car in good shape (even after a post purchase inspection). I can't say I got an amazing deal on the car, but the price was fair enough for this crazy used car market. They let me test drive it without giving me a hard time (some dealers aren't so good at this!), and they got the one minor issue I had with the car fixed a few days after I bought it. I'm not a huge fan of dealers, but they're nice guys - would go back. The usual caveats apply of course. If you're not mechanically minded get a PPI, check the Carfax, etc. I'll update this review if I have some future issue or experience with them, but for now 5/5.

Kourosh(Kevin) and kousha are such great people, super friendly, nice and loyal. We got our car from their dealership and the car is like brand new, clean title with low mileage and the best price in the market and also he got us the lowest interest fee and probably the best deal we ever had on a car. From now on if somebody tell me they need a car I’ll send them to these people. Please support them!

The guys were friendly and polite, and reached out over text, call, and email after I used their contact form. Car was almost exactly as described, and they were able to take a deposit so I could fly cross-country to check it out for myself and buy it. Very happy with the experience.
