But AutoNation gave me an offer for my car online anddespite my having to take a major loss because of high mileageSubaru Roseville found me a lovely car at a lovely price. And financing that isn't incredibly painful.

If you make an appointment to look at a particular auto, because you utilized the technology available to all; searched the internet for months-and narrowed your search—good business would be to have the car prepped and cleaned. Thusly, I was trying to avoid the 8 hr. Car buying process.

I choose to drive 2 hrs round trip because of the wonderful experiance I have at AutoNation Subaru. Jason talked with me about concerns I had and took the time to explain. The wait time was longer than expected but the waiting area was accommodating and it didn't feel as long. Jason was great! I hope to work with him in the future.

The staff I dealt with, John and Bradley, were very knowledgeable and friendly. John took time to explain the car's features and Bradley did the money end quite well. I love the Forester and all its bells and whistles, and it's very comfortable to drive. Thank you, John, Bradley, and AutoNation.

Be careful with what you’re being promised, especially if you’re a first time buyer of a brand new car. In 2019, my wife and I were expecting a little one on the way. After having heard some good things from one of our friend, we decided to buy a brand new Subaru Forester from AutoNation Subaru in Roseville. When we bought the car, we were promised 20 oil changes as part of the sale but unfortunately, record only shows 10 oil changes being purchased. It wasn’t until somewhat recent that it was brought to my attention of the discrepancy. Additionally, there’s an expiration to the oil change package that was never mentioned during the sale. The finance personnel that promised the package deal no longer works for this dealership so I have no way of disputing any of it as all I have to go by is he said she said. The car itself is great but the experience with Autonation has left a bad taste. Being it was my first time purchasing a brand new car from a dealership, I didn’t know that the integrity of a dealership is something to look out for. I caution any customer, new and returning, to learn from my experience when stepping foot into Autonation Subaru RosevilleUpdate: My review was answered with feedback asking me to call the General Manager of Autonation Subaru Roseville to discuss ways of working towards resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I’ve made multiple attempts at contacting and leaving a message to the GM and was finally able to get a hold of a Ryan, I believe that was the gentleman’s name. After a brief conversation, I was told that I could purchase the oil changes that I was originally promised. The feedback from the review provided optimism that there was hope to resolving the issue and being made whole, but unfortunately, I was only left with further disappointment. Time to move on and take my business elsewhere, somewhere integrity and customer service actually has value.

I had a positive experience at the Autonation Subaru car maintenance department. I was seen rather quickly and there was a room for my grandchild to walk around, we could be away from others and the maintenance of my vehicle was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Very nice when you come in the door to look at cars. They treated us nice until we got the car and for a while afterwards. They convinced us the warranty was the best thing to get at the time after long discussions. NEVER AGAIN!! We forked out a few thousand on that warranty, will never do it again. There is always a catch to these warrantys. Don't ever get a warranty with them. You'll end up paying thousands but when something goes wrong, it's not worth the paper it's written in. And there is always a catch. Learned our lesson. The guy we bought it from told us Subaru customers tend to stick with Subaru. We're probably never going to go with Subaru again due to this service.
