I recently purchased a Honda HR-V EX-L SUV from AutoNation Honda Roseville and had an outstanding experience thanks to the phenomenal customer service. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted warmly by Clement Odu, who had taken the time earlier to listen to my needs and preferences and had everything ready.Clement Odu was incredibly knowledgeable about the Honda HR-V and provided helpful insights to help me understand its features. He was patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never pressured me. His friendly and consultative approach made the whole process enjoyable.What truly impressed me was Clement's and the Sales Manager Jonas Perrodin’s commitment to ensuring I got the best deal possible. They were my advocate regarding pricing and trade-in value, ensuring I received a fair offer. I could tell they genuinely cared about my satisfaction.At one point, I was concerned about some paperwork details, and Jonas Perrodin stepped in to resolve the issue promptly. Excellent and professional service. Molly, my service advisor was top notch, efficient and upfront about the work to be done and suggestions for possible future work to be performed. This is a to go place and NO LONG WAIT for processing with or without appointment. Great place to unwind while your car is being pampered and checked!!!!

AutoNation Honda in Roseville has been exceptional and their customer care. They have made sure that all my questions got answered. They have followed up and made sure that I have been happy with my purchase and that I don’t have any other questions. Everyone was friendly and seemed excited that I was able to buy a car that I would be happy with. Finding good customer care is not as easy as it once was. AutoNation of Roseville brought me back to the days when people really cared about their customers and I appreciate it.

I’ve been coming to AutoNation Honda for many years now and I’m always taken care of. Shane helped me out this time and he was absolutely amazing! Although I was there for quite some time (which I already expected), Shane made me very comfortable and worked with me on everything! Bianca helped me in finance and she was great! Just bought a jeep Cherokee from autonation Honda. I had contacted them about my insterest after seeing it posted online. I live in Redding. They said they were “ reconditioning it” as it had just been traded in. They said we could do a pre approval for the loan and they could hold it for me. Awesome I thought. Got my pre approval and then played the waiting game. Contacting them every couple of days for an update. After a week it was ready. We drove there and liked the car so we decided to go ahead and buy it. The pre approval didn’t matter, we had to do all the loan paperwork again and the monthly bill was quite a bit more than I previously told. Higher APR etc etc. was there for 3-4 hours anyways. They needed more money down than what I was originally told. Fine. We bought it anyways. The car had all the stickers on it so while finalizing paperwork it was taken to get cleaned up and gassed and had the stickers removed. As we left after they closed I noticed a nice crack across the upper left corner of the windshield. Previously covered by a sticker. Management reached out to us and have ordered a new windshield to replace the cracked one. We appreciate them resolving the issue so quickly and are glad that we can count on the autonation Honda team. They will treat you right.WillUpdate upon replacement
