I was ready for a new car. I saw Auto Nation Subaru’s web page and saw a car I liked. When I called, I had the good fortune to talk to Amber Taylor. With a short, focused talk, she invited me down to give the car a try. It was exactly what I wanted. After a generous trade-in offer for my old car, I was ready to go enjoy my new car. Amber was great while she shepherded me through what is usually long and tedious process. A short time later I was ready to go, Amber even helped to transfer my belongings from the old car to the new. Thanks Amber and Auto Nation Subaru!

The last thing I wanted to do on my New Years weekend was spend time in a dealership buying a new car for my daughter. I'm very clear and direct when I purchase a vehicle, yet most dealerships go right past the most basic part of providing a great customer experience by failing to listen to their qualified buyer. I have to say, the team at AutoNation Subaru of Roseville exceeded all of my expectations. No haggling, no hassling, no attempt to sell add-ons I clearly said up front I didn't want. Thanh and Brad showed me nothing but respect and commitment to listening to my needs. In all, I was in and out in less than 90 minutes with a great deal on the exact car I found on their site.

I’ve always had a positive experience at Auto Nation, Roseville. My recent visit was no different. My advisor for this visit (Raj) was able to schedule an alignment and get me in and out the door in just over an hour. This was on the Saturday before the New Year. I imagine I got really lucky with timing as this dealership is generally busy - all the time!Excellent service! Welcoming check in, clean and spacious waiting area.

I was ready to throw in the towel and leave my 2010 Forester on the side of the road. Kegan A. Came to the rescue and made it his mission to make sure I was safe, got taken care of, and fixed my old baby right up! Raj the service manager was so great, knows my puppy by name and took extra care of me and my car every single visit. I can’t even add up the times these guys saved me time, took extra time to explain things to me, and went that extra mile to get my car back o the road and looking new!!! I was so impressed by them I came in and used all my Christmas money to lease a new car too. Now my husband gets my old Forester to drive and I get to drive my first new car in my life. Thank you to Patti for staying late too- she was a hoot.

We have been looking for a car for a few months now and have been working with Coleton Oliver. I can't recommend him more highly!!!! Fantastic sales associate that texted us updates when they had a car we would be interested in and took us on many drives until we found the perfect car!! Coleton is one of the few you can trust with communication and patience. If you need a car ask for Coleton and he will take good care of you!!!

My sales associate, Sean, really went the extra mile to insure I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted! I had not bought a car in 25 years and was anxious about the process. But from the moment I stepped on the lot until I drove away with my new Crosstrek it was a wonderful experience. I never felt pressured and the salesman, Coleton Oliver, was kind, patient, knowledgable and polite. The experience was so positive that when my car needs servicing in the future I'll be using the dealership and not a third-party garage.

First got in contact with Freedom regarding a trade-in. AutoNation always seems to be the most reasonable with what they'll give you for your trade. I had a horrendous experience with Subaru Elk Grove, so it was nice dealing with Freedom. He put me in contact with Nick, who is newer to the job but absolutely awesome throughout the process. I would definitely recommend people to shop for their next Subaru at this spot.

First of all I had an appointment and went to the wrong Subaru. I called Roseville and they agreed I could still come in. Next, my person was Raj. I had purchased tires about a year earlier and they were guaranteed for road hazards. While on my way to Reno, I had a road hazard flat tire. I couldn't pull over, and when I got to exit in Auburn and stopped at a gas station I found out I had ruined the tire. I called Auburn Subaru and they didn't have my tire in stock. Knowing I couldn't drive on a donut to Reno and back, I had a cheap tire put on at a random tire company to continue my vacation. The old tire couldn't fit because of baggage in the back, plus it was a ruined tire. When I got back, I called Autonation Subaru where I purchased my tires.When I brought it in, they needed the old tire to replace it. As I didn't have it, I was in a spot I didn't want to be in. Not only did I have to purchase another tire on the road, now I was going to have to purchase a matching tire to make them the same. I appealed to Raj to see what he could do to help. After checking with the manager, he was able to get the new tire and have it installed for free, and he gave me a future oil change on Subaru to replace the cost of the tire I had to purchase while on the road. I call that good honest good car care. Thank you Subaru, Raj, and the manager.

Poor communication. No accountability for mistakes and miscommunication. Overpriced (service/maintenance is about 20-25% higher than their nearest Subaru competitor). Take your car elsewhere.

We came to this dealership for our maintenance appointment. We were really pleased with our visit. The appointment process was super easy. We rolled up to the service awning and gave our keys to the representative there - we checked in and the representative gave us a wait time estimate. We went to the waiting area as the maintenance check was to last about an hour or so. The waiting area had 2 TVs, an awesome coffee machine, water, and snacks - good snacks too. The waiting area was dog friendly with a well loved dog bed in the corner. There were multiple rows of comfortable and clean seats and the bathrooms were very clean as well. We will continue to come for our maintenance appointments.

Don't use AutoNation Subaru Roseville for maintenance or repair of your vehicle. They didn't diagnose the problem with the vehicle correctly. The service representative did not call us back, when we called numerous times, to answer a question about a problem we were having, when the vehicle was at the shop for a repair. Completely inept. I would give the facility no stars if I could.

Nope. These guys will charge you double than anywhere else & provide unsatisfactory service. Don't trust them to diagnose any electrical issue! Their customer service is the worst, don't return phone calls, they don't care.Service: Electrical repair
