Wow!!! I have not had good customer service in so long I forgot what it felt like or what to expect. I had received a gift card several months ago and have been putting off placing an order over the phone because I didn't want to bother anyone. Today I finally called and was blown away by how wonderful my experience was! Not only do I love aveda products but I appreciate the kindness and patience Of the employee who helped me. Seamless !!!

Kelly is an absolute angel! So warm and welcoming, extremely helpful, and on top of that, she knows her stuff! She kindly suggested a product for me that she thought would work better for my hair--and she took the time to explain the differences between the products, benefits, etc. She also was considerate of other customers in the store, and actively multitasked while still giving both parties ample attention :) Thank you so much, Kelly!!

I have been going to Aveda for almost 2 years now. I had finally given up from a long term relationship with a stylist who really ruined my hair and never was able to get the blonde "just right". I stepped foot into the Roseville salon and met "T" and she has been so amazing. She has revived my hair, managed to get my blonde highlights to perfection. T has been very knowledgeable with how to restore hair to get it healthy again. And I am finally able to have long beautiful healthy hair again. I would highly recommend T.

This wonderful Aveda store is so much more than their natural incredible products. My journey began 2 years ago with Desiree. She was so kind and authentic. Her knowledge and recommendations were spot on. She touched my heart and made my hair shine again! Fast forward to my visit today with Kelly! Yes, another authentic, kind, and knowledgeable Aveda consultant! Kelly provided her time, expertise, and has provided me with some excellent samples. I am so excited to try my samples, choose my new hair care line, call in the order, and Free shipping! Yes free shipping!!. Highly recommend the mineral tinted moisture Inner Light face makeup. I came in this evening for the first time and was impressed with the attentiveness and knowledge of the staff. Kelly was very kind to me and made some great recommendations for hair products tailored to address my hair needs. I was thrilled to find out that I can order products from this store free of shipping charges as I do not live near by! I absolutely love Aveda for the quality, the aromas, and the company's care for the earth, people, and animals.

One star for Aveda products, they are great. The staff at this store are like car salesman so annoying when you are not interested in buying other products, they kinda turn you off and make you want to run. Of course, I am sure not all the staff are this way. I come in knowing what I want and want to leave. Thanks!
