Got laid off just before Christmas and they wouldn't accept my final check pay card. They advised something was wrong with the card and I needed to call the card. I called the pay card and they said nothing is wrong. I went back to the counter and asked to speak to whoever the manager was and apparently that is who I was talking to previously. I went to another branch and they completed the transaction with no issues. Avoid this branch. They don't know what they are doing.

Office hours posted on the door. 1000-1600 daily. Closed on Saturday and Sundays. Went in at 1400/2:00pm on Tuesday. The bank was closed. Four people came by attempting to go inside to conduct banking business that was not available through an ATM machine. I have seen this type behavior not only here in Roseville; but other BOAs in other states and the service is poor through out the US. Seems they would get the message and put services in place to improve. If I had not been using this bank for the past 20 years, I would have closed all accounts and sought another more customer friendly bank than BOA. To BOA bank officials. Please review these comments and take them serious.

It's not this location in particular...it's the whole organization! Such lack of care for their customers who are struggling. I have been a customer for 16 years and they lacked in ANY help I've needed in the last month. "We can't do that" blah blah blah! Dude! It's a computer, you can control anything! All I asked for was some payment plan help, and they claimed there is nothing they can do....no empathy for people struggling due to covid AT ALL!!

DO NOT GET A CAR LOAN FROM BANK OF AMERICA. My mother in law got a car loan and bought her car from Enterprise. She sadly passed away, and everything went into probate. Bank of America illegally repossessed her car, they legally can not take a car that's up to date on its payments when it's in probate. We tried for weeks to get in contact with the bank, enterprise, and the repo place and was thrown threw hoops, we sent out multiple death certificates with no response. We got a lawyer and once he was involved and sent out a document stating we wanted the car with proof of MULTIPLE attempts to contact them with no response. We were told that they sold the car in an auction. Mind you we are still within the 60 days we were given to claim the car from the repossession place. The amount of pain and suffering this has caused her children is disgusting! My husbands last memories with his mother was helping her buy this car. She LOVED this car. Now it's forever gone and nothing will ever replace those memories... I've never been so disappointed and disgusted with a company / companies in my life. We plan on suing and letting people know to never get an auto loan from this bank.

I received an unsolicited call from this branch. I answered the phone, and apparently the man and woman on the other end didn't realize I had picked up because I could hear them mocking my last name. Eff this branch specifically.

Customer service is null. You can't walk in to put a pin on your atm card. You HAVE to make an appointment. This practice is ridiculous considering the one person that can do this is never there! There is NEVER anyone there/available to assist a PREFERRED REWARDS CUSTOMER! BofA does not make things easy for customers rather they make things convenient for themselves. The branch can't be bothered! I've been a customer since I was 19 years old. I have a grandchild - gives you an idea how long it's been. The kick in the pants?! I was denied an auto loan for no reason! They did not bother to call rather sent an email denied! I'm taking my business elsewhere after THIRTY+ YEARS! Obviously BofA is not interested in keeping a 30+ year preferred rewards customer with excellent history/track record. If they see this and call? Too damn late! There is no reason for the denial. So I'm moving on after so many years. BYE BYE Bank of America!
