Amazing shop an staff at this location.I came in with a blown tire and rim an the service desk was very transparent with me about the entire process from start to finish.I had called many other shops in the area and was reccomend this place an they stepped up an got a new rim,tire,did a full inspection of my suspension and a alignment etc all in just a few hours.I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for great work done with full transparency.

I've waited over a week to receive my tires. Scheduled an appointment to get them installed and was told it would take 1-1.5 hrs to install them. It took close to 4 hours of waiting for installation. This shop over-scheduling clients and not considering people's times and schedules. I've asked why it's taking so long, and all I was told was that I could wait or reschedule. Which makes no sense since I was a already here .

Great people workin' here. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't come in for. I had my my brakes bled and pads replaced. Rotors resurfaced, and tires swapped, all in one day. Thanks folks!

Went it to see if I could get my oil changed with a Groupon I purchased. The work crew was warm welcoming and kind. I came without an appointment and asked if I could be squeezed in. They advised me to ask the man at the desk. When I went in the man at the counter was very rude and told me I should have read the voucher which stated I needed an appointment. I very politely asked if I could please squeeze in now and mentioned the support staff was willing to assist if possible. The attitude and demeanor from the boss was so unwelcoming I actually felt scolded for asking. He seemed to hate his job and wanted to make sure everyone else did too. Unsure why he opened the shop and was servicing Pts prior to their 8am opening time if he was unwilling to have common curiosity at that hour. As I left he called the whole crew into his office over the loud speaker which made me feel terrible because I could only assume it was because I got them into trouble after saying they were willing to help when they (unknowingly, I arrived very early) had a full schedule. I'd rather eat the $30 I spent on the Groupon than have to deal with that disrespectful desk clerk again. Really unacceptable experience. Not upset I needed an appointment, I thought that may happen but I didn't expect to be treated like a nuisance when I wanted to be a customer.

I bought a Groupon for an oil change two days ago. After I left I heard metal scraping... I did not know what was wrong with my car.When I got home I found that the metal piece under my car that protects it from people messing with my car only had two screws.. it was scraping on the ground.Where did all the other screws go? It was not like the is before I brought my car?Why did the guy who change my oil not warn me of this? It could have come off on the freeway and cause a major accident.Who does this? Who works on your car and does not disclose this?I am planning on contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repair to report them.This is terrible and a complete lack of professionalism and care.I SUPPOSE THERE IS A REASON THEY HAVE LOW STARS.I HAVE TOLD THE LORD WHAT THEY DID TO ME. THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT.DO NOT GO HERE... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THEIR MISTAKES... ITS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

On a warranty replacement for a tire I just bought this year, I was charged 57 just to put it on. The tire was obviously bad or put on poorly - I blew out the side, I didn't run over anything. One of the people at the desk got all smart with me and told me they could just give me the tire and they didn't have to put it on when I was frustrated to have to pay to replace a faulty tire under warranty. The reason for the 2* vs 1 was that they at least replaced it quickly and the other people that helped me were at least polite.

Pathetic customer service in short past. Requested new tire, not running well under WARRANTY be replaced. They refused, owner never replied to complaint letter. Contacted national hotline, twice told someone would contact me in Florida offices. No reply. Terrible place to trust and they did not honor warranty problems.GO somewhere else. Went to another local company and they found tire in question was installed inside out. Outside of tire was reversed an inside on outside. Complete joke, neither idiot caught this mistake. Both manager and rep complete jerks.

I brought my truck in and spent $1500 on tires and an alignment. Just for my truck to change lanes by itself and start to wobble over 55. So I get out and check not only is my alignment ripping hard left, but I noticed a lug nut almost off, hanging on by a thread, on my rear tire. So I brought my truck back in for a realignment, and to get it figured out. They said my alignment was off a full degree and it’s fixed and ready to be picked up. As soon as I get home, I walk around the truck to find out that they didn’t even put the lug nut back on that I had sitting on my center consul for them. I would go to another store or a different company. I do not recommend these people to anyone.
