If I could give them a zero I would. I called to ask about a specific item to rent and was told yes, they have it in stock and the rates. I thought great, helpful. When I went to the store the NEXT day, I walk in and two employees are just at the entrance putting together a piece of equipment. I thought, why are you doing this at the entrance and creating a hazard for customers? Mind you, I have my father with me who can't walk long distance, hence why we were there. One of the employees who was assembling the equipment asked if they could help me, I said the same thing I said on the phone and he immediately said we don't rent those. I said I called and spoke to someone yesterday and they said you do. Before I could finish my sentence, he interrupted me and said "we sell them, we don't rent them". Then the female employee on the floor start talking, no idea what she said. Now I have TWO employees talking to me and I don't know why. I said we don't want to purchase until we try and went to turn around to leave and HECTOR said "you should have been more detailed when you called". I turned around said "I described what I was looking for the SAME way I said it today." He started smirking at me and said no you didn't. I snapped back and said are you serious? Are you who I talked to? And he just smirked at me. Then some other employee behind the counter (maybe the manager) said I spoke to someone too but not what you describe and immediately I knew it was HECTOR who I had talked to on the phone. When I went to leave a second time, he said it again "you should have been more detailed" and I turned back around and snapped at him and said "are you seriously talking to customers like this?" He just smirked, laughed and the employee behind the counter told him to go in the back. He kept mumbling to me, no idea what he said, I again said to the other employee are you allowing your employees to talk to customers like this? The man behind the counter apologies and Hector went to the back. Like many others here, they experience Hectors lack of respect, customer service and curtness. I will never support this business for allowing employees to treat customers like that in front of other customers and their employees. Unacceptable.

Their customer service skills really need work. I injured my knee and was looking for a knee brace. One of the female employees, with long dark hair, had me sit down and handed it to me. She attempted to strap it on, but didn’t know how to. My mom knew how to, but the lady stuck her finger out at her to silence my mom and called for another guy to help. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. All of the employees there seemed irritated and not very friendly. Not going back there again.

If you want a place that has kids working behind the counter, and have no idea what they are talking about this is The place for you.I went into ask for suggestions because I have back problems and what kind of seat cushion I should use The guy had no clue what he was talking about nor did he make any suggestions. He just kept repeating himself oh I thought this and oh thought you wanted this. No I want suggestions as to what I need with the problem I have. I had to walk out. If you’re going to work in an industry that is supposed to help peoples pain and mobility you should know what the hell you’re talking about.

Horrible customer service. I have never experienced such rudeness in my life. They were trying to sell us crutches that were not my sons height luckily I tried it before leaving. Note to owner: find new staff if you want business

Not well stocked, eager to sell, rude when you return something. They sold me a men's size saying it would fit a women's size and it didn't it just slipped off. When I brought it back a different from the old American man a Foreign man asked rudely DID SHE TRY IT ON!? Before I could answer he demanded again DID SHE TRY IT ON HER FOOT!? I said yes that's how I know it doesn't fit the guy that sold it said bring it back if there is a problem. The foreigner rudely said "that must be" blank I forget the name "THROW IT IN THE TRASH! Now I don't care what they do with their Inventory but not wanting to honor the return at first and being so rude I thought was just disgusting. Just buy it on Amazon save the gas, time, hassle and a little money.

I Love supporting small business, this business knows no customer service. Very disppointing. I would take my business somewhere else. I have returned all the product and happenly employee stated Machine to process manual refund is down and refuse to process in cash and stated will mail the check following day, After 30 minutes later employee called and refused to mail my check as promised. Due to face they stated I could exchanged another 3 products

Terrible experience! ....bought a cup holder for my walker and it didn't fit. The manager gave me a real hard time when I tried to return it. He stated that it was universal and fits every walker. He was basically calling me a liar! He had a bad attitude, but finally returned the $18.00 item. It was in the original packaging along with a receipt showing I had purchased it earlier that day. I will never shop there again! Extremely poor customer service when trying to return something.

The ABSOLUTE worst experience. Do not buy from these stores. Especially the one off of Sunrise and Douglas. Crooks. No professionalism or customer service (not everyone, but one employee can ruin the whole store). I don’t usually recommend buying online and love buying from small businesses, but you’d be better off buying it anywhere else. ANYONE would have a better return policy on their overpriced items.
