Watch out for this location. They’ll tack on fees for things that have nothing to do with you. We took the car camping and they are trying to tack on a smoking fee even though nobody smoked except the camp fire. Which was 30 ft away. ??

On the website yall let me use a chime credit card to pay for the rental then when I come in to use it for my deposit yall say yall don’t accept it. I was left with just my money I had for the deposit and had to find a new way to get to work until my car was fixed SMH yall need to post that on yall website that yall don’t accept chime

I had a car in the shop that I thought was going ing for major repairs. I made a reservation here. VERY FRIENDLY!! Very helpful! Got my reservation than found out that I didn't need my rental car after all. I called to cancel. Someone answered right away! Very nice and helpful! When I mentioned my car was fine after all he said Good News! Wow! He thanked me for letting them know. And said his friendly goodbyes. Love these guys! Try Enterprise. I was on hold 17 min and 3 transfers to try to notify them. I gave up. Go AVIS!

The two guys working on 8/17 Wednesday at 12:30pm. Luis and Gary Were VERY rude and disrespectful when I was asking them why the whole transaction was charged on my account. they proceeded to argue and not even let me talk when I was trying to explain to them my concern. That is not how you treat your customers. They continued to repeat the same thing to me and when I asked to talk to their hire up they tried to shoot me down and made it seem like I was crazy and that they hadn’t charged me it was only “pending” in their words. Once I talked to their manager he assured me of everything and explained everything in detail to me with patience. Please hire people with good customer service and not people with short temper and attitude.

I called to simply ask for their fax number for a work related item that needed to be sent and both men I spoke to were beyond rude. Jose (he said he was the acting manager) basically dismissed me for a misunderstanding when I called earlier to get the fax number and the previous person I spoke with told me he couldn't get it for me and I could call the Rocklin location. Obviously that didn't make sense to me and wasn't very clear when I wanted to get this locations fax number but Jose was so rude and dismissive when explaining that the owner is at the Rocklin location and who I spoke with earlier already told me that. These men need to work on their patience and customer service, I would never speak to potential clients or someone calling my place of business that way. We refer clients to rental car places all the time for accidents and I would absolutely never refer my clients here based on how rude these two guys were to me for simply asking them to give me their fax number....

Used to use this place exclusively. Never going here again. Dishonest people constantly trying to get one over on you. First strike, they tried to charge me 150 bucks for an extra fuel surcharge even though the tank was full once. Noticed it and they reversed it without incident. This time, one of their employees quoted me 60 dollars a day, then snuck 75.99 a day into the contract instead. Was told by the snotty 20 something year old girl who works there that I "should have checked the contract". I don't do business with people who bait and switch and then tell me I should have been more observant of their deceptive practices. Don't give these clowns your money unless you like having your head on a swivel so you don't get ripped off.

We rented a car for our wedding honeymoon a midsize suv , they ran out of the midsize car so they upgraded us at no extra cost, a 2021 Mustang that had about 2000 miles on it let me Telya this car made the honeymoon so enjoyable driving down Highway one in a brand new Mustang is the cats pajamas

Rent somewhere else. I noticed the charge on my credit card was higher than the receipt I was given. Rewinding back we return the vehicle. The manager takes the keys and goes out to check the car. Comes back and hands us the receipt. Now if this closes the transaction I assume the amount on the receipt will be the same as the amount on my card. I call back asking why there is a $150 increase on my card and was told it was a smoking fee. So why wasn't I told about this after you checked the car?? No one smoked in the car. Perhaps CA fire smoke got in, but none of us have a smoking history. I ended up having to reach out to Avis corporate for a refund of that bs charge on my card. Thankfully it was granted. Makes me wonder if others get that smoking fee with the hopes that customers miss it. The vehicle was also not cleaned very well upon pickup either. Rent somewhere else. Even if it costs a little more its better for your blood pressure to do business elsewhere.
