So far we have gone every year for a birthday bear. The worker we had at the stuffing area was very weird when we tried to include our soon to be 2 year old in stuffing the bear and giving the heart its loves. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great.

Amazing service and a kind friendly employee! They were fun and fast with their job and convinced us to add some accessories that fit our vaporieon perfectly! The mocha smell they recommend was perfect too! With my sylveon they recommended two sents of cotton candy and I love it! Thank you again for the wonderful experience
