I had a great experience at Caliber. They kept me informed, transferred my EV to the correct location so I didn't have to, and had my car ready several days ahead of schedule. The customer service was fantastic- I was given a ride to my rental car and was able to leave my rental at Caliber when I picked up my car. Highly recommend!

Both my insurance company and the insurance company for the party responsible for the accident used Caliber and specifically this location which deals with electric vehicles. I opted to utilize the responsible parties insurance, which made the Car Rental process a little bit easier. I literally had to do nothing other than Facilitate getting my car onto the tow truck to have a delivered to Caliber Collision. Both caliper and the insurance company maintain wonderful communication with me, so I would always recommend going with a credible repair company like Caliber, who is utilized by your or the other parties insurance. This makes the process flawless. I never had to initiate a call once they had my car. took care of checking in the car rental when my car was ready for repair, and my car was ready for repair more than one week ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this facility and all of its employees.
