I have been looking for a new phone patio set for my backyard and after much research and shopping I went into California Backyard and the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. Now I have something that won’t just last me a couple years. The set I got will last me for many years to come. Excited for the warmer weather and putting my new outdoor area to use. Next is to purchase of their hot tubs and umbrellas. This place has everything.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with California Backyard. I have been shopping for a built in BBQ and side burner. I have been to many other stores ready to buy, but did not. When I walked into California Backyard and met Seth Morgan, my experience changed for the better. He made the experience very personal. He listened very closely to what I needed and wanted. He did some research and talked with me about my options. I am very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I now have the perfect BBQ and Side burner for my outdoor kitchen. I highly recommend Seth and California Backyard for all your backyard needs.

Seth made all the difference in assisting with our decision to purchase a jacuzzi hot tub at this location. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of our questions, quick to respond to any of our follow up questions, including sending videos when we were preparing for our electrical prior delivery and utube videos on the start up and chemicals. His customer service is outstanding.

The delivery process was smooth, but the Mont Alpi grille has a missing refrigerator knob and damage to some areas of granite. These items were noted on the delivery paperwork and I asked for someone to contact me, but I have not heard from anyone for over a week since it was delivered. It is disappointing to spend this much money and not even receive a phone call to try to remedy the situation.

My wife and I recently went into the Roseville store and worked with Seth. He helped us select the perfect tub for our location and made good suggestions on features and add ons. He actually saved us some money on a feature he suggested that we did not need. His follow up was always prompt and he was friendly and helpful during every interaction. He referred us to an electrician who was the best I have ever met. The delivery team was right on time and were very careful with the tub. Once I had gone through the set up I had a few questions and Seth was extremely helpful and gracious on the phone. He's been doing this a long time and his experience shows. He also has that one trait you always want from someone - he cares!

Just purchased a fire pit table from Seth M. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions, checked inventory levels and ran down a cover for us as well. Great place for all things outdoor.
