No respect for people's time. Called ahead and they essentially said to go to any branch, even confirming that my location "accepts walk-ins". Drive over, the receptionist claimed they don't have anyone available (even for the rest of the day, though they didn't appear to check) and said that the only person can fit me in "next Wednesday".Got a call the evening before claiming the scheduled appointment doesn't work, asking to reschedule (I'll be out of the country). Called again to get a better understanding of how best to schedule or reach out and was brushed off.I'll be transferring my account elsewhere! It should not be this hard to meet with an actual person.

They took over TD Ameritrade, which was where my account is located. I went into their office, to hand deliver my deposit. Then I ordered stocks online, just like before. Simple and smooth, no issues.

I had an appointment on December 28 to meet with someone at this office and they did not have it on file. Instead I met with a person by the name of Eduardo Pineda. This Eduardo was to email me information on how to invest my money transfer from my previous company to Charles Schwab. However, I never received an email from Mr. Pineda. I left a message for him, letting him know that I have not received an email and gave him my phone number and email again. I never received a callback confirmation or an email. I have never been disregarded in such a rude and unprofessional manner by anyone. The first clue of unprofessionalism was an elderly receptionist lady who asked for my ID upon giving it back to me. She proceeded to cough into her own hand and handle my ID and give it back to me with a cough all over it; in a tri-pandemic, that action was laughable.. Needless to say, I will be researching other investment companies, and if I do stick with Charles Schwab, I will definitely not be going to the Roseville office as their professionalism and customer service skills are subpar to say the least. No wonder they have such bad reviews. I should've read those prior to seeing for myself.

Great place to do business, currently has TD Ameritrade in branch as well. Staff is knowledgeable and will direct you in the right path. Some services do require an appointment.

Went to the Roseville ranch approximately 10 minutes till 5:00 was greeted with open arms by the branch employees. Service was fantastic.

Run from Charles Schwab. They won't give me my money back for days after I transferred it to my account with them!They think they own my money.They do not! Run, run, run away from them!

Excellent customer service and great place to open your accounts. The gentleman in the front table helped us a lots and being super patient. While we waiting, there was a guy came in and gave this gentleman a super hard time, but he deal with it very professional. Highly recommended this location and will definitely stay with Charles Schwab.

Trying to make money with investments is the purpose of investing. However.... not here, anyway!!! Gavin was very uneasy trying to say that I'm too poor for his minimum financial threshold. He never even asked me what my financial investment intent was (I guess because I used the term "a little here/a little there and I'm looking to consolidate); but, he made it clear that he only works with investors with $250,000 or more. Then, do your job Gavin! If your client does not have that, help them achieve that goal. How insulting and rude to dismiss without even knowing any financial facts. If a client is below "your means", DO NOT deflect them onto another employee without meeting them first. Getting them in the door is half the battle...then, at that time, it can be discussed what's most beneficial for the client. How does he know what one has or doesn't have without meeting first? He was very quick to say, "I'll have Abe/Abraham (?) contact you" NOPE! Do not pass my info onto another. This is an awful way to conduct business. Oh, and for the investor friends that I know that are with Charles Schwab....I will send this review to them directly. Yet, they promote otherwise....see photo!!!

I've had my investment accounts at Charles Schwab for years. Personal investment account plus my IRA Rollover account. So whenever I change companies, I can roll the 401k from the previous employer into my Schwab IRA Rollover account. This way I have a wider variety of investment options than a usual 401k offers, and less costs. Recently rolled 401k that was at Fidelity to Schwab. Fidelity charged me $25 closing fee, another $25 for express mail the check to me. Then to get the check to Charles Schwab, I had to overnight the check to El Paso, Texas as the office is closed because of the darn Virus. After the check was deposited, I called the Schwab call center and spoke to a representative. Explained the fees and costs that I incurred from pulling the funds from Fidelity and depositing in my Schwab Rollover. Took him two minutes to come back and say they were going to credit me $85 to cover all the costs that I incurred. The Fidelity fees and the overnight fee. Hold times for me with Fidelity was over 40 minutes. I never have hold over 10 minutes with Charles Schwab. Love banking and investing with Charles Schwab. Thank you.
