Adriana in the perfume section is not welcoming, pushy and was uninformed on the Nordstrom's cards benefits. When asked about my account, rather than look into it she just told me no. Stereotyping? Perhaps. Issue needing addressing? Absolutely.

I ordered the Ugg Adirondack III Waterproof Bootie from Nordstrom.com on 12/13/2023. It was shipped and I received a notice on 12/19/2023 that the item was delivered on 12/18/2023. However the carrier, LaserShip never delivered the order. I contacted Nordstrom and they refused to refund my account. My question is why would you used a company with the below rating to delivery of packages? Nordstrom.com I will not be placing any orders from you until you get it right.LaserShip has a rating of 1.16 stars from 1,888 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. This goes out to the men's shoe department. I was returning some Golden Goose sneakers today and the man that assisted me was a total prick. From the moment I got in line he was clearly not happy that I was taking up his sweet time with a return. Little does he know that I know that men's shoe personnel are super unhappy about the return counter being moved from the first floor entrance to second floor. I know this because an associate from men's shoes told me to go upstairs to process a return because "he was busy." Well, I let the upstairs employee know that I was told to go upstairs and she was upset because the new policy is that you can process returns at any register. A message to the jerk that couldn't be bothered to process my return today. I'm a shareholder with over 10,000 shares and I know the stock is near a 52 week low. I'm happy to take my business to Neiman Marcus, Saks or directly to Golden Goose if your time is too valuable to help me out. Look for employment somewhere else if you believe retail is below you.

My husband and I were extremely disappointed with our experience with Martin S. and Morgan C. in the men's suits area last night. We have been loyal Nordstrom customers for years and expect nothing less of excellent service from this luxury store. Not only did Martin use predatory sales tactics on us but he proceeded to assume my age, comment on my husband's weight, and placed judgment on how I sat in a chair. This non-inclusive language is offensive and needs to be addressed. Why are you bullying a customer that's about to help your sales during inflation? Humble yourself. We bought the $250 pants trying to focus on what we came to the store for. After 2 hours, we noticed we were still boiling over our negative experience and decided to get our money back. The next sales associate, Morgan C., proceeded to give us an attitude when we asked for a refund. Which was weird because he treated the white family before us so kindly. I have no idea what the work culture is like in this department, but these acts were classless. Far from what Nordstrom is suppose to be. Would much rather dig for what I need without any help at JCPenny than be treated like this at Nordstrom.

So, I walked into Nordstrom's mall. Found the baby gift in five minutes adorable. Paid & had it gift wrapped! They mailed it for free & it took only 40 minutes total.. Excellent customer service, and it got delivered in 1 day.. Very impressed with nordstroms. Thank you

I like this store for shopping. Specifically men's shoes. Customer service is great. Associate are polite and friendly. I really like this store for shopping. Price is affordable. I hold one star just because sometimes they don't have enough hands.

Just went into Nordstroms to buy a baby gift. Found it, paid for it, had it wrapped for christmas & they mailed it for free!!! All in about 45min.... Best service ever. And free mailing & gift wrap... Love this store. Roseville galleria store

Recently I started getting into finding and trying out new colognes. One of my best friends recommend I check out Nordstrom because they have a wide variety of colognes, including some that the local competitors don't have e.g. Hermès. Although the first few times I came here I didn't have a really pleasant experience. I would catch side eye stares and was told in a condescending tone by a worker that they don't price match, even though the website clearly states do price match certain competitors! It got so bad I was tempted to just give up on this store completely and take my business elsewhere. That was until today I came across one of the best employees they have who made the whole experience unforgettable.I've been looking for the Prada Luna Rossa Ocean Set; this includes a 3.4 oz bottle and two 0.33 oz travel-size bottles, and this was only store in the area that showed to have it in stock. A young salesperson named Thomas F approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained to him I'm new to colognes, I've purchased four recently and I'm looking to add my fifth one but asked if he knew any others I should consider. Just like that Thomas opened up a plethora of useful knowledge, including tips and recommendations. We walked up and down that whole section and he showed me colognes I never even knew they had, he explained in great detail the notes that each one produced and answered all of my questions to the best of his abilities. He made me feel comfortable and not rushed! I left there with a new found respect for Nordstrom, a list of new colognes to consider, and even better a new acquaintance who I feel like I can honestly recommend & trust. Thank you so much Thomas F for all the help today and I will for sure be back to do business with you!

Do not order from their website. In July, I ordered a pair of pants online and received the wrong size. I called their customer service number, and the representative ordered me the correct size and told me to return the wrong order to any Nordstrom store or by mail to avoid being charged again.. I returned the original order to the Roseville store but continued to get emails stating that they hadn't received my return and that I would be charged again. I again contacted customer service via the chat feature, and they told me not to worry and that the emails are often sent out in error. Well, last week, another charge hit my account from Nordstrom. I've spoken to at least half a dozen people via chat and one over the phone, and each has told me a different story. One of them apologized and said she issued a refund. Another one told me that I couldn't get my money back since the item had to be returned by mail. A third rep told me she'd send the case to "investigations," and then I never heard anything. In the meantime, I still have not been credited for being double charged by almost $100. I would caution anyone from ordering from this company.

Nordstrom has always been my go to for gift shopping, as well as shopping for myself. The Nordstrom at Roseville is well organized, but lacks some of the luxury departments of other sites & for some reason this store feels smaller than others. The customer service here is almost always exceptional and any shopper can expect to find what they need.

Me and my friend went to Nordstrom shoe department in Roseville yesterday to purchase some shoes. These shoes were 60% off so we were excited to try them on and purchase. We were ignored for at least 20 minutes. Well, one sales person asked me the price of one of the shoes that I had and I told him it was $35. He then told me that I was on the men's side and that we were on the wrong side to be helped. I'm assuming the commission would have been to low for him? Not sure. We moved our seat to the not far other side where we were ignored for at least 10 minutes. I guess the sales people didn't think we were going to buy anything. Not sure what it was about us that made them ignore us and think that but I have an idea because sadly, this is not the first time. Finally, a sales person named Anthony, who is African American asked us if we needed help. He was very friendly with a million dollar smile. He was very helpful and worked very hard to find mates to 2 pairs of the 3 shoes for me and mates for 2 pairs of shoes for my friend. I only bought 2 pairs because he cold not find mate for 3rd pair. In total, we bought 4 pairs of shoes from him. If it weren't for Anthony, I would not be writing this review and probably would not have purchased the shoes. I usually leave after I'm ignored. So, 4 stars are for Anthony and 1 star is for Nordstrom who hired him. More of the sales people should take his lead and be more like him.

Sandy in men's apparel is the most helpful and best stylist in the world!!!!!!! I have a wedding to go to in a few hours and she ran around and found a perfect set up for me. I love it and so thankful for her help, I could never do it without her. Trust me if you need help ask for SANDY, she is a rock star. Thanks again!!!!
