My recent visit to Chase Bank left much to be desired in terms of customer service. Despite having a scheduled appointment to open a business account, I encountered unnecessary frustration and confusion due to misinformation provided by one of the bankers, Ms. Inna Galyautdinova.From the moment I entered the branch, Ms. Galyautdinova's attitude and insincerity were apparent. She insisted on documentation requirements that contradicted my previous understanding, leading to a frustrating exchange and a lack of clarity regarding the process.Furthermore, when I requested to speak with the branch manager to address the situation, Ms. Galyautdinova misrepresented herself as the manager, adding further to the confusion. It was only after the intervention of the actual manager that the issue was resolved.Throughout the interaction, I felt disrespected and belittled by Ms. Galyautdinova's dismissive behavior, culminating in a disappointing experience overall. While the manager's intervention provided some resolution, the encounter has left a lasting negative impression.As a customer, I expect professionalism and courtesy when conducting business at any establishment, particularly a reputable institution like Chase Bank. Regrettably, my recent visit fell short of these expectations.I hope that this feedback prompts the necessary improvements in customer service training and oversight at Chase Bank to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues.

The manager Mr Gomez was so immature and unprofessional when I asked him if he could waive a small fee. Basically, he lied because he stated if I can't waive it for everyone I can't for you. Interesting, my friend had her exact same fee waived at that very branch a month ago. What changed Gomez?

Nice staff, but fair warning...if you don't bank with Chase they will gouge you for $3.50 per ATM transaction. If you don't want to pay fees in general I high recommend joining any local credit union. They exist to serve their members. Banks exist to serve their shareholders...not clients.

I have a great experience from yesterday. A check cashing out was rudely behaved by N. Highland Madison Ave Chase bank bankers, but here it has been taken care very professionally and very well through vice president assistant dedicated assistance. I highly appreciated her miraculous and fabulous support. Thank you very much Ms. Muradyan.

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. There is no customer service, rarely ever enough tellers to keep the lines lower than 10 minutes, absolutely no bankers are ever available and time management is lacking. There should always be an open banker to help walk-ins, the fact that a customer has to wait for multiple days to handle an extremely serious issue is unacceptable. I made a mistake opening my business account with this bank, do your research people! Also their fraud department is out of country in India and other countries. Goodluck!

I recently decided to deposit a large stack of cash and a few coins that had been sitting around at the ATM. I deposited the sum of cash myself at the ATM and only had one bill the machine wouldn't take. Usually, the ATMs are self service and you can deposit cash and coins on your own, however this location does not have the one with a coin deposit which I thought was odd. So I decided to take the remaining cash inside.I waited in line to be seen by a teller, I kindly checked with the manager to make sure they could deposit my handful of coins. He said he'd bring me a coin tray, but he never did.I got to the teller, Artom, and he sharply said "I can't take loose coins." I was confused and said, "The manager said that you could deposit these." He then brought some coin sleeves for me and I had to step to a corner to fill out the sleeves, even though I didn't have enough to fill them. I over hear a customer making a snide remark to Artom, "I wouldn't bring a jar of coins to you guys" and looking over at me.I waited in line again after rolling the coins and a different teller, Abby, and she says "I don't know why he made you roll these." Which makes me feel like I just wasted my time if I didn’t have to. She does the count and nearly makes the deposit, but I kindly reminded her that the roll of pennies was missed. She asked how many were in there, I said I wasn't told to count before rolling I was just told to roll them. I wasn’t give my further direction or a deposit slip. So we had to redo the count, and at this point she was frustrated with me. Abby sassed me and said "next time count your coins before you roll them" I replied usually Chase bank has ATMs that have coin sorters, but this one just happens to not. Abby confirmed this. We finally did the deposit and she made another comment about the coins. I said next time I'll take my deposits to a location that has coin deposits. She said "Yeah that would be much better."I really didn’t appreciate the rude customer service the staff gave me. I like to save time with digital banking, but of course at some point you will have to deposit some cash. The staff is usually so positive and helpful at other locations. I feel like this staff didn’t care about me just because I brought in "coins." It's 2023 and this location should have updated ATMs with coin deposits, or the tellers should just be kind. Not to mention I had already done the bulk of the cash deposit on my own, I only came inside for further help. The next time I make a deposit, I won't be coming here.

Every time I come in here the staff is always friendly. I believe the manager is Sergio, he always ensures everything is running smoothly.

I really liked this location until ... Came in on a Saturday and there was no manager on duty or anyone who can make business decisions. Spent an hour there trying to complete my transaction with a lot of coaching, pleading, and cheer leading on my behalf and then they finally completed my transaction. Manager (Sergio) was located after about 45 minutes of trying and he said he was at a ball game and that I was inconveniencing him. Then he went on to say they couldn't and wouldn't do what should have got done and what was done, service a customer. They need processes and procedures that work to satisfy their customers, along with customer experience training. Unbelievable.

The past reviews were correct. Helpful and courteous are their claim to fame. From beginning to end no problem they can solve. See Sergio who it'll-notch along with Sean. You will not be disappointed.

This branch is amazing. The staff is SO nice and are always extremely helpful. Every time I have to go to the bank they make it a great experience. I can’t say enough great things about banking with Chase and I am so happy this is the branch I get to come to!!!

This bank is AMAZING. Every time I come here, every employee is so friendly and helpful. They are fast and efficient. I am so grateful to bank with Chase and this branch is the best!!!!!!
