Horrible customer service. The lady at the counter was full of attitude, looks like she just wants to get over with her shift. No greeting, no questions, started charging with a straight face and bagged and shoved it in front of me. No smile at all. The rest of the ladies on the floor helping were friendly. I can understand you have bad days, but to treat your customer like this is so not acceptable. I love this store, I take my mom all the time, but never returning to this fountain one.

Chicos doesn't have a very nice customer service in any of there stores that I've been in. I'm not going again.They have beautiful clothing, but ugly Customer service. What's the problem?Recently I called the Roseville,CA store to see if plus size clothing was available there, or "only" online, the person that answered the phone was rude, gave me a firm "No" and hung up on me. I'm a super curvy size 14. I saw some things that I was interested in getting, hoping that they'd carry my size in the store.To my surprise, my size and above is on line "only". "Shame on you CHICO". According to your type of customer service, a with witch can come in any size!

I visited Chicos at the Fountains in Roseville in November and had a disappointing visit. No one greeted me and not one of the 4 ladies present asked if I needed any help. I purchased a pair of slacks, but really could have used help with a matching blouse. I told the Manager about lack of customer service, and Heather apologized profusely. Returned to the store on 12/17/21 and basically received the same treatment. I wanted to give it a chance, so I even followed one of the sales associates around to no avail. Nothing!! I ask the manager again what seemed to be the problem. I assured her that Yes, people of color have money too. She apologized again, and could not give me a reason I continue to get this kind of attitude when I shop here. People of color stay away from here. Spend your money elsewhere!

i usually have good results at this Chicos at the Galleria in Roseville...But today was not that. I received a sweater for Christmas which was too small for me..I had the gift receipt as well as none of the tags were removed. I went into the store today as I have been following the stay at home order due to the Coronavirus and had not been out. I wanted to get another item that would fit. The manager refused to give me store credit as it appeared to have been over the 90 day time that my friend purchased the sweater. I told her that today was the first day I had been out because of the stay at home order. I wanted a store credit. She refused to give me one, so I told her to keep the sweater and that I was not happy... I would not recommend this store..

I always tell myself - don't go back. But...I had received and outfit for my birthday and needed to return or exchange one item. The Fountains is convenient for me so in spite of previous encounters I went into the store. Not a welcome or acknowledgement to be had. I approached the back counter where a woman had her back to me. I waited and finally got her attention. She seemed quite put out with the interruption. I asked my question and received a pretty snippy reply. At that point, I left the store. I WILL NOT go back!! I have never experienced this attitude at other Chico locations. The staff at the Outlets are wonderful! Someone at Chico's in the Fountains needs to get the house in order.

Today was my first time in the store since the start of the pandemic. I was appalled to witness the customer in front of me without a mask and coughing repeatedly on the cashier, claiming she thought covid was all a hoax. When I approached the counter I asked the employee why she didn’t ask the customer to put on her mask. She admitted she should have. I will never again give my business to a store not enforcing a mask policy. I felt very unsafe especially since most customers who shop there are 60+ and at high risk of a bad outcome.

Love everything about this store. I had moved up to Roseville from Lafayette (in the Bay Area) and was hoping there would be a Chico's near me. The store is beautiful inside and every time I go in they have exactly what I want and in my size. All the employees that I have shopped with have been amazing. Susan, the store Manager is FABULOUS!! After just a few months of shopping here she knows my name and knows exactly what I want as soon as I walk in. I highly recommend this Chic's.

I got really good deals but I gave this a 2 because no one waited on me or even said Hello until AFTER I asked for a room. I worked at Chicos in the bay are for a year in Walnut Creek and Lafayette, we always greeted everyone that walked through the door. 3 Women were working, no one spoke. Just rude.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no one greeted or asked if they could help me or my grandmother. Snobby and rude. My grandmother was so disappointed as she used to be a frequent shopper there. Your loss.

Horrible service. My mother who is in last stages of cancer tried to return a shirt that didn't fit or cover her scars and she had the receipt and tags. The tag was removed and the manager was absolutely awful. He was rude, standoffish and talked to her like she was a child. Not a great way to treat someone who has been a loyal customer for decades. You have lost business not only from her, but her daughter as well.
