“The H&M store in Roseville Galleria is big, but I feel it needs to be remodeled soon. The store carries a lot of clothes for all ages and genders. They have a lot of accessories items in stock too. The cashiers at the checkout counter are fast. The line moves quickly. I think I saw a sign that said H&M will close for remodeling soon. I hope I will go shopping in a new store next time!”
“I love this store. I don't like to be bothered while I'm shopping so I don't mind that the associates are busy doing other things. When I can't find something I want they help me order it online. They are always running a sale so I don't know about $70 tank tops (comment below). I also am a cardholder so I get coupons and deals weekly. I have a couple outerwear pieces that I've had for years. They never go out of style and they are still a fantastic quality. I also find it hilarious that this lady posted about not being able to come in because she didn't have a mask on. Are you stupid? It's not discrimination if it's state-mandated. You are exactly what is wrong with this country right now.”

“I have frequented this store regularly. I've had many positive experiences here, and I love the clothing. On many occasions I have been assisted by a young female with red streaks in her hair. She was kind, professional and incredibly helpful. She is one of many staff members at this location that has exhibited a high level of professionalism and kindness. I will continue to frequent this location because of the consistent stellar treatment and service I have received from this employee and fellow staff. It's definitely a rarity these days. The next time I'm there, I will make it a point to acknowledge her and thank her.”

“I went to the other once upon child in Citrus Heights didn't have much of selection so I decided to head to this store . Best store ever for back to school you get more for your budget . I went yesterday with my daughter and my cousins came from out town from the Bay area to go clothes shopping the best selection of clothes name brands and name brand shoes skip your trip to mall the is the best place to go . The staff are super friendly and helpful make sure all you need are met and answer any questions you may have . I only spent $ 35.06 and got 20 plus items there were marked down on clearance $1 what deal. Sign up for the rewards program you earn points every time you shop . Love this store I will be taking my daughter here more often.”

“Went shopping here for some last minute school shoes. We were dashing store to store and the mall was bout to close in 7 minutes looking for shoes for our son. Most stores were already shutting their doors but the the ladies working the counter didn't make any of the customer feel uncomfortable or rushed. There was maybe 3 other families in the store. And the ladies could have warned everyone the mall was closed but instead they were still grabbing shoes and ringing people up.
